"We were in town for a convention and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, which is next door to this restaurant. We ended up walking the four blocks from the convention center to eat here for lunch because the food and staff were both consistently good. We also ate dinner here a couple nights, too. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and staff. The food is a good step up from what you'd expect of bar fare. (Our son, who is only 20, was also able to eat with us, which was a big plus. Not to mention he's a VERY picky eater and even he was a big fan! I highly recommend them for a casual dining experience."

"Tried this place on the recommendation of locals. Went to the restaurant to order takeout. This place was packed. Had to circle around to find parking and waited about 15 minutes for my order. Ordered the red chile enchiladas with chicken. They provided a good helping of shredded chicken. The Red chile tastes fresh. Served with beans and rice, rice was a little bit heavy on cumin and would have liked a little bit larger portion of each. Would recommend this place."

"Came here for the first time because my family and I were in the mood for some Mexican food but didn’t feel like traveling to New Brunswick for some Fat Cactus. Anyway, for starters they brought out chips and salsa. The salsa tasted like marinara sauce so that was red flag number one. My husband and I ordered the chimichanga dinner and we chose the shredded beef. Our Aunt ordered the nachos with chicken and shrimp. When the food came out I was excited to see what the food was like. Well, when I bit into the so called “shredded beef chimichanga” it was distasteful, the beef wasn’t shredded it was more so like beef stew chunks. The flavor was not there and I didn’t taste that authentic Mexican food taste, flag two. I told my waiter that I didn’t want it so he offered to give me something else and I told him no but thank you! He left and came back with the manager. Manager approached our table and ask what was the matter with the food? I replied that I didn’t like the taste. He then says to me that I would have to pay 50% because there was nothing wrong with food. My reply was “so your telling me I have to pay for something I didn’t eat. That was red flag number 3 because he kept going back for with me and my husband about nothing being wrong with the food. He was not professional at all but I will say they took it off the bill. However, I would NEVER come here again or recommend anyone."

"Simply Outstanding!. I'm originally from NY and moved to Florida some time ago. I was going to be in the city the weekend of the Giants vs. San Fran NFC championship game. I called from Florida to try and secure a table and naturally no reservations were being taken, but then I met Stacy the manager. Although Stacy was not able to take a reservation, she was able sit me right away when I arrived, she remembered exactly who I was and the service was absolutely impeccable and that is with a COMPLETELY packed house. The sliders were delicious, the meat had great flavor and they did not take long to make at all. We tried the mac n cheese bites which led to ordering 3 more orders they were so good! The energy and environment were extremely enjoyable, the staff was amazingly accomodating, the food was outstanding and the service was top notch! I must say, if I still lived in NY I would be a regular at 123, they know how to treat their customers and keep them coming back. Simple concept, but a great one! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who lives in NY or is just there for vacation. Ask for Stacy and tell them Jeff the die hard Giant fan from florida sent you!"

"Would give a zero if possible. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and 10 wings for delivery through grubhub which said it would be about 35-45 minutes. We received and update through the app that the food was on the way about 20 minutes after we ordered. About a half hour after that the food had not arrived yet, so we called just to get a status being that the restaurant is only about 8 minutes away. We were told on the phone that the driver was on the way and our food should arrive shortly. After another 20-30 minutes we called again and we’re told the driver was 10 minutes away even though the person on the phone did not contact the driver to confirm at all he basically just made up a time. After another 15-20 minutes we contacted grubhub support and they contacted the restaurant. They were told that the order had not left the restaurant due to it being busy and weather as there were storms however the storms had stopped an hour before all of this. We had the order cancelled as it was 11:30pm at this point and we had waited almost 2 hours. I understand being busy but do not lie to your customers. Can’t comment on the food but the lying was not appreciated at all and being told multiple times that our order was on the way when it hadn’t even left the store was ridiculous."
