"Metro Wings always give great customer service. I placed a large order and didn't have a long wait time. The order was perfect and it was enjoyable. This is always my go to place for wings, eventhough I have to go outside my neighborhood, but it's worth the drive. Also the prices are less than the price on my area and again the customer service is more professional."

"Absolutely the best wings I have had in Memphis in a very long time! Yesterday we got a 30 piece party pack: hot, lemon pepper, honey gold. I also got the family size seasoned fries and oh my word everything was DELICIOUS! Crispy wings even covered in sauce. The lady had all the flavors separated neatly with aluminum foil (loved that! . "LISTEN! We moved from this place, my husband found it and loved it. He ate it for lunch, so I decided to eat it for dinner. Yeah, the lemon pimps were good! Yes, the Philly cheese was delicious!! Yeah, the chicken roast rice was good! Customer service is the BEST!! I spent $30 for a Philly cheese steak, 5 wings, a drink, 2 orders from fries and a big chicken roasted rice, so I would say the prices are just as good. My new SPOT!"

"I’m not sure of the guys name and if he’s the manager but his customer service skills are very poor. I went in last week to get tacos thank god he wasn’t there but they messed up my order I called as soon as I made it home to explain the error he answer the call gave me issues about them messing up my order. We came to an agreement then I went and n for them to fix the issue we had last week to have the guy be so rude about it when I placed my order. I highly suggest you patronize another place especially if your not Hispanic. It’s have to be honest."
