"I came on a Sunday at around 1PM. The place was basically empty. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I might have steered clear. But I'm pleasantly surprised. Speedy service, soft bagel, didn't skimp on lox or cream cheese. It's expensive, but so is every bagel shop within walking distance. I am proceeding with caution but I think I'll come again."

"It seems there was some confusion regarding my order; I had requested a western burger but was offered a vegetarian option instead. When I declined the vegetarian burger, they replaced it with a regular burger that didn’t come with the usual western toppings. Despite this mix-up, the food was delicious overall. So, aside from the mistake, it was an excellent experience!"

"The pancakes were fantastic! The strawberries were fresh, the pancakes were fluffy, and I absolutely loved the maple syrup. The burger was good, though I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve ever had. It was still tasty, but we were surprised to find that it came with just the patty; the tomatoes and pickles were served separately, along with the fries. It seems that if you don’t order the "deluxe burger" or add extras like cheese, that’s what you get. We found the burger quite good with just a slice of tomato and ketchup, but keep in mind that if you prefer a burger with all the fixings—including veggies and fries—you should opt for the deluxe version or check the burgers listed on the right-hand side of the menu. I do need to mention that I wasn’t a big fan of the fries; they could have benefited from a little more time in the fryer. Overall, though, I’m glad I chose this diner for my American diner experience! Compared to other restaurants and diners, this one was definitely on the more affordable side, and I would recommend it."

"I encountered one of the rudest individuals I've ever met. Being in a hospital, I expected better customer service. I went in to grab a cup of coffee, and the man at the register was focused on trying to locate a missing check instead of acknowledging me. Fortunately, another gentleman at the counter did recognize me. However, while I was waiting, a man walked in, and suddenly, the first employee saw him and greeted him by name. He then left to fetch the usual for that customer, leaving me standing there. I eventually walked out. You’ve lost my business. There are plenty of other cafés and restaurants that truly understand the importance of customer service."

"This is a very nice store that is well organized and well maintained. The night cashier is a really great guy. The store offers locals and visitors a wide variety of premium select products. "The staff at Honey Dew Donuts are friendly and well-informed, providing quick service regardless of the time. The only drawback is that they start closing early, about 15-30 minutes before the official closing time. For example, if they close at 6, they begin locking the doors at 5:30 and are completely closed by 5:45, even though they’re not supposed to do this."

"I like that Starbucks , staff are pleasant , very busy on weekends their drinks are quite delicious. They also have seats outsides and I really enjoy seeing the people on week end when riding my bike. "I enjoy Dupio, and they offer great value here. The place is tidy and has a parking lot that isn’t usually crowded. The service has always been pleasant. Nowadays, the parking lot is almost empty, and there’s no indoor seating due to COVID-19. Previously, it was busy but manageable. They now have several small outdoor tables where you can stand and enjoy your coffee."

"The staff at this establishment are truly incredible! This is the best Starbucks in town! I had a rough start to my day because I accidentally locked myself out of my car this morning, and I didn't have a mask on me. Desperate for some caffeine to lift my spirits, I walked in with my shirt pulled up over my nose and mouth. To my surprise, one of the kind employees approached me without raising her voice or being rude. Instead of asking me to leave, she welcomed me warmly and offered me a mask. I was genuinely taken aback by her kindness. This was one of the first times I experienced such patience and compassion from a business, especially after being treated poorly at countless other places since the pandemic began. Thank you so much for this simple yet profound act of humanity during such chaotic times. Other businesses should take note!"

"We have ordered from this Deli for 20 years and never had an issue until they hired an incompetent, rude, front person. Customer service does not exist in this Deli. We tried to resolve an issue over the phone with a wrong order, and were hung up on. The manager isn't any better, told me that he will not deliver anymore. There is obviously a communication problem that they will not fix. So beware, you will not receive a club sandwich, but instead a Reuben!"
