"The food was good, not as good as it used to be. What i found very annoying was they no longer offer cups for water, they said they didn't have any. I saw some on the wall behind the register, and the water tap was still working. I believe it's a slimytactic to make people buy bottles of water. It reflects poorly on the chain."

"What an amazing location! One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. I came in with my partner pretty indecisive however Onysti was patient and answered every question with grace. The food was delicious. I personally like the upgrade to the salad bowl that was recently implicated. Everything tasted fresh and Idris was doing his thing with the grill! My over all experience was so amazing I wanted to tip the staff however the general manger Sydell insisted my satisfaction with their service and food was more then enough. Honestly, where do you hear such a thing now at days. Thank you Onysti, Idris, and Sydell for such an amazing experience, Dos Toros has gain a life long customer because of you guys!!!!"

"Basically a chipotle clone, but I would argue pretty significantly better with some unique twists. Last time I went I got a roasted Brussels sprouts burrito which was a limited time offer. I was skeptical because that doesn't seem like it should work, but I do love Brussels sprouts. I was very pleasantly surprised how that unexpected combo worked, and was bursting with flavor. Would I go out of my way to go here? Probably not. It's very similar to Chipotle. But if you're in the area it's definitely worth checking out for a quick, convenient, reasonably priced lunch. And you might discover something new with their limited time offer rotation that often features some wacky combos."

"I’m a huge fan of Dos Toros and have always had great experiences at their midtown locations, but my visit to this particular store was a letdown. The rice was cold, and some of it was as hard as a rock. The chicken was also cold, which made it seem like everything had been sitting out for a while, even though I ordered my bowl around dinner time at 6 PM. The store itself is quite nice, with a few tables available for dining in, but I was disappointed to find that there are no restrooms available in the store!"

"Gustavo H, is the nastiest worker I?ve encountered within this chain. I placed two orders online both of the same order (one my google account) and one from the dos toros website. When I walked into this establishment I was met with dirty looks from theworkers as I told them that I was there for pickup . He then proceeded to give me my food by tossing it in front of me. Inoticed I was only given one bowl and informed him I had place two separate orders online and I?m still missing another bowl. Hethen questioned me and asked to see my receipt in which I showed him, and assumed there would be no issue after that. He keptquestioning me as to what my name was on the order and told me there was no order there with my name. There were 3 BAGS readyfor pick up, 2 of them being mine. Was it really that difficult to figure it out when my phone number showed on both bags? Nastyservice and below average food, avoid coming here."

"Completely incompetent system staff. We ordered from their* website for delivery.Their contractors never showed up, we waited an hour. After that hour we we called to find out where the food was. And we were told it was delivered. We are the only office opened in the building. They didn't ring a bell, knocked the door, or call. They could had come right through since door was opened.The restaurant is asking me* to contact Doordash for refund 5of money when I ordered from their websitethey have me false number to call doordash and es never contacted again taking my money"

"You know when you like somewhere and you haven't been in a while then get excited when your nearby.Well that excitement came to an end.Ordered a burrito still pricey but I always tought it was worth it. Geez we pay like 3 or 4 bucks extra to have guacamole it was a teaspoon full.My burrito was like a 2.99 taco bell spacial . You know the kind where you have to order a bunch to fill you up. But instead of 2.99 I paid 19.00 with a can of soda.I will never ever revisit this place I feel like I was robbed. Good luck to them staying open if that's the way they are going. Not for me anymore."

"Normally like this place, but this time there were a few issues with the quesadilla i ordered. It took me about 6 bites of just eating tortilla until i got to the filling. The lettuce was soggy, why is the lettuce soggy, did you cook it on the grill? The onions tasted raw, shouldnt they be sauteeed? Not much sauce, hardly taste the smokiness. I paid extra for guac, yet theres not much guac and it looks kinda brown. Please dont be stingy with a $9 quesadilla. Please add sweet potato to your menu."
