"What frustrated me the most was that I specifically requested the cheesesteak without onions—just meat and cheese. I even emphasized multiple times that I didn’t want cooked onions mixed in or raw onions on the sandwich, and the guy repeated my request each time. Yet, when my sub arrived, it was loaded with onions. I looked them up on Facebook to register a complaint and found numerous sanitation issues reported about their food. I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s unfortunate that my kids love pizza; we’ll have to search for another pizzeria in the area.
Additionally, the specials advertised online at the top of their menu didn’t even exist and weren’t honored. I thought maybe I was being too harsh, so I decided to try the nachos. Instead of regular cheese, they came with a thick, gelatinous blob of microwave cheese and soggy lettuce. Overall, I was very disappointed."
