"What has happened to your restaurant? You used to be my favorite! However, tonight's experience was very disappointing. Your garlic knots, which I've always loved, were small, burnt, and lacked cheese—they were nothing like I remember. I also spent $2.99 on two meatballs that were even smaller than golf balls. I ordered spaghetti and paid an extra $1.99 for a meatball that was just cut in half, and the spaghetti itself was terrible. What frustrates me the most is that I recommended your place to someone else, and I really hope their meal was better than mine."
