"Drinks were not replenished in a timely manner, our meals felt rushed, the bread took an unusually long time to arrive, and they were out of dessert, though we didn't want to press the issue. Overall, the service felt impersonal.
Both my fiancée and I have extensive experience in the restaurant industry—having worked as servers, bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, and managers. Our general rule has always been that if the food is mediocre but the service is great, we’ll give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, when both the food and service are lacking, as was the case this time, it's unlikely we'll return. We're sorry to say this as we really wanted to enjoy our experience."
