"Little Caesars is awesome super cool people that work here they're always doing something new and different with the food you can't get barbecue chicken so that's really one of the only downfalls but highly recommend the following Order a crazy bread cook light extra stuff they know what that means. Get a stuffed crust pepperoni sausage extra cheese with Italian seasoning and Parmesan over the whole pizza. Those are my recommendations for this Little."

"If you're visiting from out of town and looking for an affordable option to feed a large group, this place is the perfect choice. We managed to provide full meals for six people on two occasions for about $30 total. We placed our order online, and just 20 minutes later, we arrived and walked inside. By scanning a code on our phone, we easily retrieved our order from a machine without having to interact with anyone at all. I would definitely do this again on my next vacation, no matter where I am. Service: Takeout. 10/10!"

"Definitely needs more staffing. Seems to never have hot and ready pizzas. Last time I ordered, I did so online and my order still wasn't ready when I arrived. All I had ordered was a cheese and pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. However, the manager provided excellent service and made sure my pizzas was fresh and delicious when I finally did get them."

"The cashiers are okay, the wait time is low, and they have $5 pizzas! $5 pizzas, ya dig??? You can't go wrong with that price! If the crust of the $5 pizza wasn't so bland and dry, it would be 5 stars! "I went in on Tuesday for the two pepperoni pizzas for $14 deal, but they charged me full price. I asked about it and got a refund. When I got home, the pizzas were undercooked and had a smoky taste. Last time, they also forgot the marinara sauce I had ordered. You can do better than this. From now on, I think I’ll just stop at Domino's!"

"Walked inside and ordered my pizza at the counter. Waited in my car for 15 mins.. then back inside and waited another additional 15 minutes. This one employee started to notice that I 've been standing back inside the store while other customers are walking out. She asked me about my order and looks around then tells me they can 't find it and will place the order again. So I wait and after 60 minutes I receive my order, the cashier asks me for my recipe and tells me that the manager will take care of you , which NEVER happened. I was expecting my charge to be canceled. A few months later I stop in to talk to the manager hoping they 'd hook me up with a free pie, but the one manager said it was the other manager, so I leave my number so he can call. He never called. 2 months ago I go to corporate web sight to leave my comments and never heard from corporate. If you ever have a problem at this store and they tell you they will take care of you don 't believe them.. haha"

"This location closes and does not close at 9:30 orders, although it says they are open to 10. Someone must check this place secretly. As a customer, I'm shocked and polished that they don't stay open until they're supposed to. I know it has orders at the end of the night, but when I worked in the industry, it was exactly what it was that you had to take care of the customer. I am also a door window and took and order that was good within the time of them complete, and they decided to turn off the lights and closed, but it was only 9:40 pm. I took the order at 9:30 and when I arrived, they simply decided not to make it what was was wasting my time and now a customer who did not arrive. Boo this situation unless it is checked at each time in a whole whether things are good or bad"

"I vowed not to return to this location months ago, but I decided to give it another chance due to the signs of new management. I'm so glad I did! The service was wonderful and the place was spotless. Nobody had to wait long for their orders, and while I was waiting for my meal, the General Manager was very friendly and treated us like old friends. I’ll definitely be back and will be sure to share the positive changes in atmosphere and service with everyone!"

"RIDICULOUS! We got pizza today for a nice lunch since my girlfriends mother is here, the only thing she ate today.. and now my girlfriend is having MOST symptoms of food poisoning! "I placed an order here for a fanceroni pizza and received a classic. I went home and noticed it was a classic after taking a bite and looking at the pizza. I called them let them know I didn’t get what I paid for, they apologize. They said they could offer to make a new pizza and refund the order. Then I drive all the way back across town to get down there. The guy tries to tell me the classic was a fanceroni . Then says my boss said he won’t refund me for the order. They pulled out the new made fanceroni, which looked completely different to the pizza that they gave me. Told me I could keep the classic as well, but I did not want it because it tasted old and not fresh like it was in heating oven. I will not go back to this establishment again, even though I’ve ordered here a bunch of times, throughout several years. Today they wasted my time, gas and money, and gave me the runaround. The owner is dishonest And I will not support this business anymore."

"I can honestly say I 've never been this disappointed or disgusted. This is a HEALTH RISK!!! We ordered cheesy bread and a pepperoni calzone pizza. The cheesy bread was completely raw ? so we brought it back and the new one they made us was also raw. So we got a refund. Then we went home and checked the pizza and it was raw as well ? we didn 't even bother asking for a new one we just got a refund. Also...while we were waiting on them to cook the new cheesy bread two other people brought back raw pizzas and cheesy bread. And...as if all that wasn 't bad enough, the cook in the back had really long frizzy hair and no hair net. No-one was wearing gloves. It was gross ?? Oh and there was raw dough sitting on the counter the whole time. Over and hour because by the time we picked up the first order and returned the last pizza it was still sitting there in the exact same spot. Do not recommend. For your health and safety I recommend going anywhere else. The risk of salmonella is atrocious."

"ZERO STARS (if it would let me)!!! Little Caesars located at 808 S Van Buren Rd, Eden, NC 27288 is the WORST store ever!!! This isn 't my first bad experience at this particular location, but definitely will be my last time ever going there! Online order placed at 7:35pm, estimated pickup time was 7:55-8pm. While waiting in the parking lot, all the lights inside the building went dim/off. Outside sign was NEVER lit up from the minute I pulled up. Both the front and side doors were locked BEFORE 8pm. Tried calling the store; it just rings straight busy like someone took the phone off the hook. Open sign was not lit up. They 're supposed to be open until 11pm. I was charged for a pizza I never received!!! I have already contacted Little Caesars via their website 's contact us , called my bank to stop/dispute the charge, AND will be calling the Corporate Office first thing Monday morning. I took pictures for proof!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! (Side note, maybe it 's good I never got my pizza...seeing as they have a 84.5 B rating)."

"It's food, but it's nothing of the things you expect from Little Ceasars. This franchise costs $9-$13 for her hot but not ready pizzas. Already for this Franchisee was about 10 minutes waiting for a pizza! In an attempt to make this acceptable, the girl who works the front counter said it would be about 20 minutes. That could have worked if you couldn't see the kitchen while waiting. This means that I was painfully alerted to the missing orders that the four person occupation was not busy. Instead, I had to sit there for three minutes before my pizza was removed from the rack of prefabricated pizzas and placed on the conveyor belt of the oven. The only reason for the second star was because it was the first time that they completely cut the pieces on a pizza. You are better off to the city if you need to have Little Caesar, but the best choice is any of the other pizzas in the area."

"On 5/18/22 I visit this store it was 4:50 pm and the store was close already I don’t understand what kind of store hours are this most of the little Caesar’s store close at 8,9, or 10 pm but close already at 5pm or before??? Their schedule is Monday to Friday 10:30 to 5pm?? and Saturday 10:30 to 3?? and SUNDAY CLOSE??This is the most ridiculous schedule I ever seen they are not open not even 8 hours if all pizza store everywhere they sale lots more after 5 and Saturday and Sunday this guys are close when peoples are resting and wants to go get a pizza to watch a movie or to have fun with their family and this guys are open when most of peoples are working too and don’t have a time to go buy a pizza and when peoples are free to go buy a pizza THEY ATE CLOSE WHAT A RIDICULOUS SCHEDULE I think I should bring this to the CITY ATENCIÓN"

"I was very disappointed in this particular location. First I tried to call it in, so I could pick it up on the way home, but the phone number was disconnected. I don't ever use the online ordering because it has messed up my order several times and it cannot seem to figure out how to save a half and half order. So instead of driving to a different location closer to my house, I went ahead and stopped in here on my way home. When I ordered my pizza they said it would be 15 minutes. It took 35 minutes. And they weren't even very busy. One pizza was fantastic, the other Pizza was mostly burned on top and was terrible. Next time I'll make the extra long trip home to the other location because their Pizza is always good and always quick no matter how busy they are. And their phone works."

"While I was waiting, another customer came in for her order, but they didn't have that either, so they made her a pizza as well. Interestingly, they ended up giving her the pizza that had been sitting out, which they had seemingly forgotten about. It's somewhat amusing that they were closing early yet still left a pizza unattended. I just hope she and her family didn't end up getting sick from it. I once experienced food poisoning from a restaurant near TSC in Jacksonville and was out of commission for four days! Thankfully, I didn't get sick from Havelock's, but I was certainly cautious."

"I love this place because it is practical where I live, but the workers are really young almost high school age perhaps and honestly lack customer service I waited for the passing through for one, while several workers looked at me, no one said anything like “we will be right with them” and an even art stared at me and not even smiled. I understand that it was busy and I have no problem waiting, but if I spend money, the customer service is important to me and to be honest, the customers they visited, looks like just some friends hang with whom they talked."
