"We waited more 40 minutes for our server to approach us no was tending to us. Furthermore, it took 45 minutes to get two drinks served; a very simple order and then to receive our food it was another hour. A simple pizza order. It 's just pizza not a big endeavour. La Terasse was half full, therefore there is no excuse and there shouldn 't be any excuse for such slow disrespectful service. In fact there should be service even if it is full capacity. High prices one would expect the service to go along with your descriptions on the website. What a incredulous disappointment. A further annoyance upon me entering my electronic payment, the waiter rudely and impolitely hovered so closely over my shoulder. What was that about? I looked at him to indicate that I was annoyed. He was invading my personal space so much that, I clearly had to tell him, '...to please may you allow me some distance. I had to repeat myself thinking he may understand in layman 's terms, 'Thank you, I got this, I need a little space. ' I must relay that I am regretful that I had given him a tip. I would have like to have my family come to this lovely location for a lovely sunset dinner, sadly La Terasse 's service has disappointed immensely."
