"My husband and I have been dining at Taipei Garden for about a year. I would have loved to give them a five-star rating instead of four, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect this time. When we sat down for dinner at home, we realized that we had received the wrong order—I'm pretty sure they gave us someone else's meal. In terms of quality, their food has consistently deserved five stars. Despite the mix-up, we still return because the meal we received was something we both enjoyed. Moving forward, we will make sure to double-check our order before leaving."

Even though I moved away two years ago, I still make a point to order from here when visiting family in the area. "I walked in to place my order. There are menus on the left when you enter. This is a small alcove, the cashier was inside. From what I could see, the location is clean and well maintained inside. Outside is a bit disorderly looking.The prices are are marked out. I ordered the Spicy Maki Combo after asking for recommendations. The price to order online from here is $18.75. My total was $17.60 after tax.I'd say the entree was average. The soup had more flavor though than the rolls. Also, the rolls were not spicy. There was enough Wasabi though, at first it seemed to be less than there actually was.I tried to justify 4 stars, but have to go with 3 after completing my thoughts here.This is probably the McDonald's of sushi?For local comparison, Rainbow was better but they closed when Lotte closed. Wegmans is actually worse. Their rice was stale or not properly prepared. I am on low carb so limit how much rice I eat. I prefer a couple of rolls every now and then, as take out. I will look into other options before considering this location again."

"The only reason why I won't give less than three stars is because this place does have great food and the service at one time was on point. Some of the hosts/hostesses. (at least the current one) in particular, as of late are causing the quality of this establishment to go downhill. Not having knowledge of menu selections while working at a resturant, especially as a host(ess)/waiter(ess) is not a good look. Arguing with return customers- who spend their money and know what they like+what they always order-because you lack knowledge of the menu where you work, then getting part of an order wrong, is worse. I've enjoyed the food from here, it's great, but my time as a customer has ended. Hopefully they will get more reliant individuals to take orders."

"Many times they are curt on the phone and sometimes rude. She just hung up on me after giving me the total when I asked and I was still talking. There is no way we got disconnected because she seemed really frazzled and rattled and was annoyed that I was asking the price of certain items. I was hoping she picked up my address from caller ID because she didn't ask before hanging up. I guess She gets stressed when busy. But isn't busy good? If this was the first time that this happened I wouldn't be complaining. Update: An hour later and no food so she made no effort to call me back and I was thinking she deleted my order and I was five minutes away from calling another place when the lady who took the order delivered the order 1 hour and 10 minutes after I called. This is a Tuesday not a busy weekend. The entrées were barely lukewarm and the spring rolls were cold. I'm done."

It took me some time to decide to try them because of the bad feedback, but since they’re conveniently located near my workplace, I gave it a shot—and I’m glad I did! "My boyfriend and I went to have a good time to eat. We both sat down got our drinks and then started putting food in our bowls. My boyfriend started pushing the food down just a bit to fit the noodles and the lady yelled at him to not do that because it’ll make it “difficult” for the cooks. He still did it and the cook said it was fine it does nothing difficult for them. Then we sat down and started eating and asked me if I wanted a refill I said yes politely. Then she came back and my boyfriend asked if he could have a refill politely as well. And she totally ignored him and went to attend another person for a refill then my boyfriend had said that was rude to me loud enough for her to hear. Then she comes back and aggressively grabs the cup to refill it. It was more ice than the drink which was a bit annoying. But the customer service was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The cooks were very nice and polite the food was great but the waitress was straight up rude. This was a bad experience with the way she acts towards customers. We’re paying for the food and good customer service. We sure as hell didn’t want to pay for that rude act but we did and didn’t want to start anything else."

"So I ordered $30 worth of food from these people, they advertise that you get free pork lo main with any order of $25 or more. I called and asked for 3 combination meals and one of them to substitute the pork fried rice for shrimp fried rice. They said it was going to be an extra $2.75 I held back and still ordered it. It gets better. I get there, they tell me that they can?t honor the free pork lo main and told me to take a can of soda. (Which is not even close to the value of the lo main) So before I gave a one star I told myself I?d at least give the food a chance, nope. Just opened my spare ribs with the shrimp custom order and they gave me 2 shrimp in the whole rice portion! Chicken was dry, barely any vegetables. My dogs don?t even want this. Now I know they call this China 3 because it?s the 3rd last stop to get Chinese around here.This is why we will never eat here again."
