"Ordered a Brier Hill Pizza close to the time of their closing. They let me know they will be closing soon and that I needed to be there before that happened. Got there early got my pizza it was great. Don't usually wait till the last minute to order things so I was grateful that they wasn't mad but would not recommend you wait till the last minute Vegetarian options: Got the Brier Hill Pizza"

"I love the food at this restaurant and it's always a must-have when I come back to visit. Originally from Visalia, but now living in Vegas, I went through the drive-thru today. The girl who gave me my order gave me a look when I asked if there was ranch in the bag. I understand that customers might ask, but that doesn't mean you should give a face. This happened around 3:30pm today."

"Gotta give this place 5 stars for exceptional customer service. This was my first time coming into this Milk Tea Lab and wasn't sure what I'd expect. I've been to numerous tea shops and boba shops so j wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. There were 3 patrons before me waiting for their order and as I stepped in the gentleman at the counter communicated that he'd be right with me. He assisted one other person make drinks and as soon as he made sure the other patrons were taken care of he proceeded to take my order. He was extremely informative and suggested a few things. He gave me a few options and I placed my order. I don't like my drinks too sweet so i requested 25% sweetness. As he was making my drink, he offered to have me sample the drink so far to make sure it was to my liking. He also informed me that he could always make it sweeter but not less at that point. It was perfect. My popcorn chicken came out quickly too. My wait was less than 7 minutes after I placed my order and the chicken was piping hot. I always appreciate when communication is done early to set expectations. The gentleman at the counter was polite and knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He definitely contributed to a great experience that I wasn't expecting."
