"I've passed by this restaurant for years and finally decided to stop and try it today. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the flavors of the two hot dogs I ordered. The chili wasn't very good, and it had beans in it, which I don't enjoy in my chili dogs. The Chicago dog was just average at best. I'm sorry, Steve; I gave it a chance, but I think I'll stick to the Mile High Vienna Stand since their quality is much better."

"As a white kid with a long-standing appreciation for Armenian cuisine, I can say that this place is fantastic. I recently enjoyed a spinach borek and za'atar manakish, and both were excellent. The pastries were exceptionally good—far superior to what I usually find in similar places. The spinach borek, in particular, was flavorful and well-balanced. The service was also top-notch! The single staff member on duty was incredibly friendly, taking my order while juggling food preparations for other customers, and it was clear they knew many of the patrons. Overall, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!"

"This gem is just off the main square. A quick walk will take you to one of the best delis I've had the pleasure of trying in quite some time. First off, despite the ongoing Covid situation, they are accessible, friendly, and serve the freshest sandwiches you could ask for! I tried the Veggie Muffaletta, and it was amazing! My daughter ordered the turkey and avocado sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she’s had in a long time. To top it all off, the service was quick, and the outdoor seating was set in a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely return on future visits to Stanford Hospital."

"The food here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. At the Jensen Beach location, I ordered the Everything Bagel sandwich with Boarshead roasted turkey, provolone cheese, and a generous amount of veggies, along with a side of potato salad. It was absolutely delicious! The portions are very generous, and I even saved half for dinner later. I highly recommend checking this place out!"

"If you can avoid it, I'd say eat elsewhere if you are in the CNN building. I stopped there on my way to an event at the State Farm arena. I ordered a #14 Falafel Bowl, a Sprite, and beer. I was given the prices, and when I got my receipt it was approximately $15. When I received the bag, I noticed It didn't come with a side of fries, but we didn't want fries anyway so I didn't say much. However, after noticing that cheese was left on the Falafel Bowl we asked for a remake. Without being informed that they were going to alter the receipt, when I checked by account balance, I notice that the debited amount from my account was almost $20 for a falafel bowl, a sprite, and a beer. If you are going to alter payment purchases, it is customary to inform the customer. Otherwise, it's considered theft. As a result, my review is the lowest star possible for altering my receipt without informing me and stealing my money."

"There are only a couple really good sub places left in Rochester New York and I tried DiPisa subs for the first time last week. This honestly rates higher than any of the sub shops left in Rochester. The price is phenomenal for the amount of meat you get, the amazing bread you get, and the customer service. The bread is not too thick, but it’s not thin either, it’s freshly made every day, and you would have thought I asked for triple the meat for a sub and I did not. Even my husband who never gets excited about any food told me that was the best sub he’s ever had! Maybe you can head on over to the west side of Rochester"

Nobody at the counter and only the sound of a loud '70s sitcom filtered from a TV in the way back. After standing for a moment, peering around for someone, a handsome and friendly man, only slightly older than us appeared and offered to take our order.I quickly blurted out, chicken shawarma plate, before I had a chance to change my mind. Wonderful choice, he commended. It comes with our house made toum, baba ganoush and Lebanese pita! He smiled broadly.My husband, who experienced the best shawarma of his life 25+ years ago in Israel and has been on an epic hunt for similar in the States ever since, jumped in for the shawarma wrap. Perfect! the assumed owner exclaimed. My husband began to offer payment, to which our host said, Oh no, we never take payment first, only after your meal and we know you 're happy! Well, then. We raised eyebrows at each other and took our choice of desired seating from very many empty tables for two.First bite and my husband 's eyes rolled back. Is ... it ... asgoodasshawarmainIsrael? I blurted out all at once. Not quite, he said, bUt definitely the very closest I 've found since. A definite win, if you 've known this man 's shawarma disappointments over the years.My shawarma plate, was divine not only for the shawarma itself, but for the rich and smoky baba ganoush, and artfully perfect toum not an easy sauce to make by hand by any measure.We could only each finish about half our portions (they are large! before our bellies were nearly too full.We left with hearty goodbyes and feeling like we 'd just visited a favorite uncle. We hope to see you again soon, he called out after us.He definitely will, and hopefully you too if you 're adventurous and meander into a sketchy strip mall at the end of town. Kid friendliness: Everyone feels welcomed here! There 's not a lot of room for kids run around when dining in.
