"I ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings, two with Swiss cheese and two with yellow American cheese. However, I received all 4 sandwiches with yellow American cheese and turkey instead. This has happened to me on more than 5 occasions. One of the workers, a woman, had a major attitude. They really need to improve their service. All of them should be fired."

"I encountered one of the rudest individuals I've ever met. Being in a hospital, I expected better customer service. I went in to grab a cup of coffee, and the man at the register was focused on trying to locate a missing check instead of acknowledging me. Fortunately, another gentleman at the counter did recognize me. However, while I was waiting, a man walked in, and suddenly, the first employee saw him and greeted him by name. He then left to fetch the usual for that customer, leaving me standing there. I eventually walked out. You’ve lost my business. There are plenty of other cafés and restaurants that truly understand the importance of customer service."

"They did not disappoint me. I ordered breakfast this morning. grilled chicken omelette with mushrooms, avocado and spinach. I asked to not include cheese and they did not add cheese which was great. I asked for ketchup with my home fries and they put it on the home fries instead of giving me packs of ketchup which is great because some restaurants just throw catch up packs in your bag which i dislike instead of putting it on your home fries. I ordered a side of grits they were not too stiff and not too soupy and the platter came with wheat toast. food was good. it was delivered with grubhub and i have no complaints!. this will be my go to diner when I want to order breakfast from home : oh the toast was not toasted too hard or too soft it was perfect!. excuse the quality of my camera lol."

"I recently caught up with an old friend I hadn't seen in a while, and we decided to meet at a diner we used to frequent. When we arrived, our waiter came to our table promptly and was in a great mood, although I didn't catch his name. Our orders were taken quickly, and everything was clean and organized. The staff were friendly, and the food was quite good. However, I was a bit surprised by the prices, as our bill ended up being around $45. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy a meal, and they even have their own parking lot. Wishing you a great weekend!"

"Went there for the first time yesterday. The staff is friendly and service quick and excellent. I got the beef gyro, delicious and reasonably priced. The orzo soup amazing! My favorite was the way they make their fries, hot and crispy and enough for a whole meal I went back today and got a delicious corned beef Ruben. Today I noticed they have beautiful pastries including cheese cake and baklava. Can't wait to try their breakfast and dinner items!"

"I had a really good experience in here. I 'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. The place is clean and the prices appear reasonable to me. There 's no place to sit to eat so the name Cafe is deceiving. The man behind the counter was dealing with the customers very nice and the same with me. It was a good place to stop for a bottle of water. I could see myself buying a bagel and walking to the East River Esplanade to sit to eat. I 'll be back....."

"I wasn't here for the food, even though it has received a lot of great reviews. I just wanted to grab a pint, but when I arrived at 2:30 PM, the place wasn't open yet as they were preparing for a catered event. I'll have to come back another time. Just a heads-up, the B61 bus line runs along Columbia Street, but street parking can be a bit challenging to find. Overall, the storefront and interior looked quite nice from what I could see. It was partly because NJ had the best road infrastructure in the country, as well as a dense, working-class population. Located in Pompton Plains off of Route 23 North, this fabulous restaurant has everything one wants, from amazing service to great food. My partner, his family and I decided to pay Pompton Queen Diner a visit for dinner after 3 years. Greeted by the staff, and despite how packed the diner was upon arrival, they take your number, then text you when the table is ready, and the wait was never too long—about 10 minutes. Their menu is never-ending, and even the pickiest of eaters will find something on the menu to order. As a starter to share, we ordered the Feta Saganaki. For the main meal, we decided on the Piled High Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli, Tenn Smoked Sliced Steak, PQ Kale and Quinoa Wrap with Waffle Fries, and Churrasco Steak Sandwich. The food was tasty, well seasoned, and arrived hot. Portions were large. We had a terrific server, Jack, who was attentive and accommodating. The price was comparable to the area.We had a wonderful dinner experience which we can recommend."

"Use to order here frequently out of convenience and got decent food.. typical pizza takeout joint.. nothing spectacular. After our most recent order however we will not be ordering again. Poor customer service. We received our order later then expected..no biggie. But the pizza was pretty cold and the fried pickles had very clearly been sitting under the warmer for far to longbecause we received them completely soggy and the dipping sauce container was melted into the pickles lol reached out to therestaurant to see if we could just get a refund for the pickles or something as they were inedible and there response was ?nothat?s just how we make them now? lol soggy pickles and melted plastic yum! "I always order from this restaurant since I work a couple blocks away from here the food is always great . I always order a Cesar Salad with chicken. One time I ordered they did not put chicken in it. I contacted Slice sent them a picture regarding this since they are charging me additional fee for chicken. They kept telling Slice that no it had chicken there was no mistakes they refused the refund. Called myself and they I told them what happened they said they are willing to drop off the chicken I said no thank you would like the refund please said ok and will contact slice to get the refund. A day later slice emailed me that they still believe the order was correct declined my refund. So disappointing cause iI had the proof and theres video footage where I work I even showed the salad to other employees that worked at the school. sadly after this i will not be purchasing here no more."

"Today, I decided to order a chopped cheese sandwich and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for no lettuce or tomato, but that request was not honored. The sandwich was lacking in both meat and cheese, which was a major letdown considering the name of the sandwich. Additionally, there was no mayo or ketchup included. It seemed like the person preparing the sandwich did not care about the quality of their work. In the end, my girlfriend had to remake the entire sandwich because it looked like a mess. I'm not trying to criticize the restaurant, but it's important to speak up when things are not up to standard so that the person responsible can improve their work ethic and provide customers with a better experience."
