"They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"I regularly visit this restaurant with my family, but recently we've had a few issues. On our last visit, our waitress forgot to bring some of our orders, and during the past couple of visits, she had to search for refills for our drinks. It wasn't busy, so it was surprising. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but there were two tables occupied and several staff members, including four waiters, a bartender, a hostess, and someone clearing tables. Despite the service hiccups, the food was excellent, which is why we keep coming back. We go out of our way to dine here because the food is consistently good."

"Warning: This restaurant is serving spoiled meat, which is completely unacceptable. When my partner raised this issue to the manager, she mentioned that the meat is pre-sliced and such incidents sometimes occur. However, if I can detect that the meat is spoiled just by smelling it, it should not be served to customers. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning. Kudos to Dani, our server, for trying to rectify the situation. It is concerning to think that such a situation could potentially make someone ill and yet still be allowed to leave the kitchen."

"I've never had a bad Margarita but the one I ordered from here wasn't very good! I then ordered a Hamburger that was supposed to be cooked to medium well and there wasn't an ounce of pink in the meat anywhere. It was also very, very dry. My husband ordered the special which was a BBQ half chicken and he said that even the dark meat was dry! Overall not impressed and won't be going back"

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"A very loud bar/restaurant. I thought we could eat in the back but a party had it booked so we had to eat in the bar area. We waited a bit just to get recognized at the hostess stand. Once we were seated, we did receive our menus. We ordered a hamburger and fish and chips. The fish order was VERY small and fair at best. The burger was too thick and ****. They also don’t have American Mustard. I am attaching a picture of the Fish and Chips. Avoid this restaurant. The service wasn’t good and food was worse."

"I requested a well-done burger with no pink, as instructed by the waitress. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived at our table, it was rare. We sent it back and when it returned, my family had already finished their meals. The burger was covered in fat and burnt around the edges. "We visited around 3 PM to dodge the crowds, and the atmosphere was wonderfully intimate and serene. Our server was fantastic. We decided to share the Spooky Sip Zombie drink after being informed by our server that the portions were quite large, and it turned out to be enormous! We're glad we decided to share because it was absolutely delicious. Both of us ordered the steak with shrimp and lemon butter sauce, and it was excellent. The Halloween decorations added a lovely touch, making it a perfect date for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Place was not crowded and sat quickly with our reservation. Initially server was prompt in asking for our drink order but then every interaction after that was ssslllllloooooowwwwww. Not sure where he wouldn’t disappear to but was not attentive to our needs. I could see similar frustrations from other tables near by. Food was good not great partly because it sat under the lamps. Don’t feel the pretzel knots are with the cost. Fresh onion soup cup was barley full but the photo on the menu shows different. Will we go back, probably. Just hope we get a different waiter"

"The restaurant music is AWFUL! What should be an amazing dining experience in a beautiful setting is marred by blasting music. Not only is it excessively loud, it’s just bad music! The management did turn it down slightly when we asked and the second time we asked they did try to adjust the speaker nearest to us in a different direction. But sadly this review should be about the amazing food, excellent wait staff, beautiful decor and attention to food allergies. Instead I had to waste time and space talking about ridiculous music creating noise pollution. If we wanted that type of scene we would have gone to South Beach."
