"My order was perfect, including the two special requests I made. To call the portion generous would be an understatement; I know I'll get at least three hearty meals out of this one entree. The angel hair pasta retained its integrity and wasn't overcooked, while the large piece of Italian sausage was incredibly tender, juicy, and had just the right amount of crispiness on top.
I also requested baked mozzarella, as I really dislike cheese that’s only barely melted on pasta. I described exactly what I wanted (and I apologize for being picky), but they nailed it. It was perfect! Even the bleu cheese dressing and the complimentary bread were delightful. That’s significant coming from someone who bakes bread at home; I've thrown away the bread from every other local Italian place I've ordered from in the last year. I've literally tossed it out to make my own garlic bread or just skipped the bread altogether.
And lastly, I have to mention how wonderful the staff is—every time I've dined in or picked up, they've been friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Tony's!"
