"We’ve had great experiences here in the past, but I don’t know if they are under new management or if we just called in an order on the wrong day with the worst staff… Called in an order, went to pick it up in the timeframe specified. Waited over 10 minutes for my order, which just happened to be sitting on the table behind the counter THE WHOLE TIME. I was asked 3 times if I’d been helped, but seems no one noticed my order just sitting there getting cold. Got home, food was cold and our order was prepared wrong. We called and they said they would correct the problem. Wife went to pick up the correct order, but yet again the food was cold! How, if you are remaking a couple dishes, is the food cold within 10 minutes of calling in the discrepancy!? I am sorry, but after this last experience we are done here. This place was a staple in our great restaurants list (that hadn’t screwed us), but now it joins the ranks of Restaurants we will NOT eat at again."
