"Had one of the worst take-out experience of my life . These guys were open on the Christmas and we decided to try it out. The young gentleman who took the order said the wait-time was 20 mins , so I placed the order. They were literally overbooked with orders and were no way having the resources or manpower to manage them. Almost everyone got their order after waiting for almost 1 to 2 hours. As it was Christmas people kept their calm, but I really felt very bad for everyone. There was this old lady who ordered online, she cancelled her order after waiting for almost an hour. The owners do not even have the courtesy to come and apologize to everyone who were waiting for so long for their orders. It took them more than 2 hours to get me my order of Pad thai and thai fried rice . It was really frustrating, and above all the food was also not worth the wait, very mediocre. It certainly didn't tasted like thai food, very bland taste . I will advise everyone not to order from here unless you have lot of time to wait(waste) , and specially not on holidays."

"I'm quite frustrated with this restaurant due to their consistent mistakes with my orders. I've specified how I want my steak cooked multiple times, yet it frequently arrives either overcooked or undercooked. Most recently, I ordered a combo meal that included french fries, ribs, and beef, but they omitted the fries, and the beef was overcooked. This pattern of errors has occurred far too often, and I've reached my limit. I've made the decision not to order from here again."

"Tachibana had a great variety on their menu. We really loved the sushi menu especially the negi-toro roll (definitely the favorite of the night). We also got the salmon carpaccio as an appetizer which was different from what other Japanese restaurant in the area served. Theirs has cheese on it which was unique and delicious. The entrees selection was also plentiful. I had a variety set (more traditional style Japanese bento) and it was very filling but a touch too expensive in my opinion. My husband had the sukiyaki which he could not finish because we over ordered as per usual. Unfortunately, we left our sukiyaki in a to-go container on the table and we called to come back and get it 15 minutes after but they already threw it out. They were also really busy for a Monday night so the sushi came out after the entree which was a little odd. The staff was really nice. We?ll be back to try other things."

"I had a pleasant dinner at Pizza Place. They offered more than just pizza on the menu. It was evident that the staff was a bit understaffed, but everything turned out well with some patience and a few card games. In November, there are very few dining options in Tropic and the nearby area."

"Eating the falafel wrap here was a religious experience. Unassuming outside. Simple menu. But the food is absolutely incredible. Especially for the location The sauces were super tasty, the falafel soft on the inside and crispy outside. The pita bread wasfluffy and soft too. So so tasty! The combo chicken and gyro rice plate I heard was fabulous too. Staple for the area, mustvisit! Can also sit outside on the free picnic benches Oh they also had gulab jamun as a dessert! We didn’t try the dessertsbut I’m sure they’ll be as good as the food Most options with meat but few vegan ones available"

"i love this place. i used to be a diehard mike's pizza fan, but this place is better for take out. this isn't a great place to dine-in, it was designed as a takeout joint. the pizza is the best pizza you'll find on the west side of kendall. i read a reviewer who thought 16 bux was a lot for a pizza. the thing is this: the ingredients they use are actually really good. the crust is thin, but not cardboard-like. the cheese is tasty. the mushrooms are always bursting with flavour. sure, you could go to little caesar's and get a pie for 5 bux, but it's going to be awful. pay a little more and get a really great pizza."

"As for appetizers, the spicy cucumber and pork belly were excellent. The menu boasts an array of fantastic noodle dishes, where you can choose the spice level (no spice, medium, or very spicy) as well as your noodle type (wheat or gluten-free). The flavors and ingredients here are noticeably superior to what you would find at Zoe Ma Ma. My husband assesses Chinese restaurants based on their braised beef noodles, and he couldn’t stop raving about how delicious his meal was. While adding broccoli to the noodles may not be traditional, it certainly adds a healthy touch, and it tasted great, so I can't complain. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles (medium spicy) with gluten-free noodles and thoroughly enjoyed it. There's something satisfying about the combination of pork, vegetables, noodles, and a spicy sauce! The gluten-free rice noodles are thick and round—a delightful surprise compared to the thin vermicelli noodles I expected. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic addition to Boulder, filling a significant gap in the local Chinese food scene. The service was prompt and friendly. There are two patio tables available for outdoor seating, but hotpot can only be enjoyed indoors due to city regulations regarding burners. Since we ordered noodles, we were more than happy to sit outside."
