"The worse service I’ve received in an entire lifetime, sat there for 10 minutes watching 6 children slap pasta sauce on bread (with paint brushes mind you and I’m not kidding), to a girl never once acknowledging I’m standing there in line. It felt like they hired the entire lake Oswego high school and no one in charge. The guy standing behind me finally tapped my shoulder and said “has anyone even acknowledged you standing here?” And I replied “actually no, I’m not even sure any of them work here” and we watched the girl in the back drop a pizza pan on the floor and kick it with her foot under the table. Someone from the back then came out and asked if I needed something, I said we had placed an order over an hour ago she fakely stated “oh I just pulled that one out” as I stared at two boxes that had been sitting on the oven for over 10 minutes. Pizza crust was chewy, super greasy. Maybe it’s just this location and we’ve had Better in the past from bellagios but super disappointed overall. No managers seem to ever be present."
