"I decided to go to the restaurant while they prepared my food. When I arrived, I found one of the staff answering the phone while wearing the same gloves he used to handle my hoagie. Then, to make matters worse, I watched him prepare a chicken parmesan sandwich without changing gloves afterward. He took the chicken out of its roll, placed it on the same counter where he had just made my hoagies, and added provolone cheese before putting everything back into the roll.
The place was disorganized and understaffed. After witnessing all this, I seriously questioned the hygiene of the food. I felt uneasy and worried that I might get sick from eating there.
If you’re considering dining here, I recommend driving to Liberty Station in Uptown instead. At least the bread on my hoagie was soft, which was what I asked for. However, for $31, I expected a lot more for just two regular hoagies and a mini hoagie."
