"I visit this restaurant frequently and usually enjoy the atmosphere in the main dining area. Unfortunately, this time our service was extremely disappointing. For instance, we were never offered a refill on our water. There were two of us, and we ordered five margaritas, yet our server barely checked in on us to see if we had finished our drinks. There were many small issues with the service that added up. I left a 20% tip, not because I felt the service was deserving, but because I was concerned that a lower tip might be seen as me being cheap rather than reflecting the poor service we received. Overall, it was a letdown."
