"I Ordered from this place all the time food is good and be somewhat warm still. But the last time I ordered THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE FOOD IS ON IT WAY. "The host at this restaurant was extremely unwelcoming, showing rudeness and using inappropriate language. Despite having made a reservation, he expressed no interest in accommodating it. The wait staff was unpleasant and inattentive, giving off an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. The busboys were the only pleasant ones and should have been serving customers instead. We were given dirty wine glasses with lipstick on them and when we asked for clean ones, we were told there were none available and had to wait. They even neglected to serve us bread. We overheard the host telling a waitress to not bother with birthday celebrations and focus on getting customers out of their tables. This experience was so negative that we will never return to this establishment. We would rather support homeless individuals who are more appreciative."

"I ordered online. First problem was menu I got in the mail today said minimum order was $10. Not the case. It 's $15 and wouldn 't be honored. 2nd issue was the delivery driver called to let me know they arrived because my door isn 't easy to find, I answered and was told open the door . Whatever. Got my food came in and hungry as I was still haven 't even touched it. Lost my appetite when I saw onions and some type of pepper on it. Which wasn 't in the description because I would have said NO to both since both seriously upset my stomach. No extra cheese as I asked for. I spent 20 minutes picking onions and peppers out, cutting up the tomatoes and cucumbers. To which it didn 't help because everything now has this slight taste and smell of both. So they extra money I HAD to pay to get a salad I was starving for is as wasted as the salad sitting on my counter. The extra I was forced to order was a piece of choc. Mousse cake with freezer burn all over it. Never again. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I should have listened to my friend and never even ordered! Lesson learned. Beware! "Oh my goodness! When I am in the mood for a good ol ' cheesesteak, this is my #1 place. Hands down, the cheesesteak suds here are the best in the Columbia area. Much better than that higher priced place in the mall. This sub is loaded with fresh not frozen beef steak. Lots of options for toppings. And its a full sized real sub roll . Not those small miniature sub like rolls one can find in a super market. This is hole in the wall good. Friendly staff too."

"I ordered a pizza and 6 slices of carrot cake. The pizza was delicious, but the wings were not so great. I tried one and it tasted old. I called to let them know and they said they had been sitting out all day without apologizing. I told them I only had one wing and they still refused to make it right. Terrible way to treat a customer. I will definitely not be going back. Not a good look for a business that wants to stay in business."

"What a disappointment. This used to be my go to place for Italian food but not anymore. I ordered the chicken franchise with rigatoni. The chicken was so dry and overcooked I could hardly get my knife through it. The rigatoni was thick and gummy and there was little to no sauce making everything dry except for a couple of drippings that were at the bottom of the foil container. "I used to come here regularly and get chicken pizza cheesesteaks. They were my go to since 2020, but lately I feel like the quality has gone down. Less cheese and much less marinara sauce, but yet somehow very liquidy so that the roll gets super soggy and I kid you not, tomato juice squirts out when you take a bite lol. And the chicken just doesn’t taste the same. I used to come here almost weekly for my sandwich because I looked forward to it and it was just so good, everything was right, the sauce, the cheese, the roll being toasted, etc. But For the past several months I just have not felt nearly the same enthusiasm for the food that I felt a year or so ago. The price increase does not help either. I understand inflation is bad and businesses have to keep up with the prices of chicken and other ingredients, but when the quality decreases and the price goes up, I just really don’t have much of a desire to get food from here anymore. Not that I am totally giving up on G&G’s, I would like to maybe come back and hope for an improvement, go back to the way chicken pizza steaks were made in 2021. I don’t know if maybe there is a change in management or the recipe is different or something. I really enjoy coming in there, the employees are always super friendly, no complaints there, it’s just the quality of food has gone down in my opinion. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20"

"I ordered a white pizza. When I opened it the pizza had tomatoes all over it. I had not ordered a bruschetta pizza because the person I ordered it for is allergic to tomatoes. When I called to find out if there was tomato in the pasta carbonara (there should not be! I was informed there were no tomatoes. When I mentioned that it looked red the reply was tomato sauce. Hello that is tomato. Thank goodness I asked additional questions or the epi pen would have had to come out. I was offered a new pizza. But not offered delivery of said pizza nor when I explained I was a good distance away from their location not offered removal of the cost of the incorrect pizza from my credit card bill. I spent $89.00 between the food and very nice tip. They have lost any future business on my part. In response to your claim that I ordered bruschetta pizza I ordered white pizza. I can show you the receipt. And traditional carbonara is egg sauce not tomato sauce look it up!"
