"I'm giving this Casey's a five-star rating. I've been visiting every morning for the past six months to grab my coffee and burrito, and I have to say, the manager truly goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer. She not only maintains a clean and well-organized establishment, but she also ensures that the staff adheres to the standards of what a Casey's should be. She is undoubtedly one of the best managers I've encountered. She is kind, respectful, hardworking, and just an overall delight to interact with."

I ordered a taco pizza, breadsticks, and wings and was informed that they were out of small cups for marinara sauce when I picked it up. No problem, they put it in a larger cup. "My friend and I stopped at Casey?s this morning to grab a quick breakfast burrito and we we left soo satisfied and surprised! I myself had never tried any food from Casey?s but walking in, I saw an advertised sign showing Casey?s cheesy bread made from scratch for only $3.99. And although it was 8:30 in the morning I was feeling wild. The lovely woman crafted a delicious pie of cheesy bread with two sides of marinara and I was blown away with how tasty and fresh it was!!!!! Along with Cheesy bread there were so many other delicious options; sandwiches, coffee, donuts, muffins, salad and more! it all looked so tasty and fresh. Definitely going there next time i need a delicious, fresh meal. And huge thanks to the lovely and helpful employees!"

"Gas station with a quite great variety of things on the inside. Her pizza And cheesy breadsticks are BOOOMMBBB- I know I didn't believe it until I tried. You also have some delicious breakfast sandwiches and things made fresh every day. The donuts are made fresh and are so, so good. Also add the puppies Chow and Fudgey Brownie bites! (You can say we love our sweets?) Has a good selection of freshly brewed coffee, creamer, food, food / homeware. The bathrooms are clean as well as the rest of the storage and outside the gas pump area."

"Theres a man there and his name is Anthony maiden that works with the food and is near your every day consumer he has a personal history of touching his daughter inappropriately and wielding knifes at females that he tends to have disputes with he has a history of arson he has set fire to a car that was the mother of his children and lied to the fire Marshal about it he can get under there radar of employment but this man also has a history of spitting and touching your food with his privates how I know this information is because I was his niebor in 2020 when he was working at Arby's spitting in people's food and touching it with his privates and brag about it to me and my cousin and had confrontations with him do to him putting hands on multiple females including my cousin this isn't a man you'll want near your children or your food this isn't a way to handle things either I understand but i called corporate and they don't seem to care enough to do anything also be aware of this man he works at this location and his name is anthony maiden"

"The manager, Justin, was quite disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer, regularly purchasing gas and other items from the store. For the past two months, my ID has been accepted without issue. However, on January 25, 2022, I was told that my ID could not be accepted, even though it had been accepted just a day before. When I tried to explain the situation to Justin, he dismissively insisted that he could not accept my ID due to legal reasons. Frustrated, I asked an associate who had previously accepted my ID if anything had changed since the day before, and he confirmed that nothing was different."

"Having lived in Iowa for nearly four years, I have visited various Casey's convenience stores, including ones located miles away from Cedar Rapids. These stores all share common traits: clean and well-stocked supplies, friendly and helpful staff, and a great overall experience. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was hardly any food available, and the warmers were empty. The staff seemed more interested in standing around than helping the long line of customers. Unfortunately, the workers were also quite rude. If the bathrooms are “closed for cleaning” when you walk in, be prepared for everything you touch to have a strong smell of bleach. It might be quicker to walk into the cooler and stock it yourself! Additionally, the employees should know their store number and use the mute button when passing the phone to someone else. Good customer service should not involve passing off a call with comments like, “This lady wants the store number, here’s the number…”"

"I placed a pizza order, and to be honest, I had promised myself months ago that I wouldn't return, but I decided to give them another chance. I arrived at 6:12 PM and noticed a pizza that had already come out of the oven, but I didn’t realize it was mine until 13 minutes later when someone asked if I was there to pick it up. I almost walked out because I knew it must be cold by then, but I thought I could just reheat it at home. I wish I had stuck to my original decision. Now I’ve learned my lesson: NEVER AGAIN, for food or gas!"
