"Larger Casey’s off main RT29 in Chili. Very clean store and nice/friendly staff. Iced coffee dispenser is almost always empty. If you do plan to stop here weekdays early in the morning be prepared to wait in line. They torture their poor cashier by making her the only one available to ring up customers. My average wait time in line is close to 5 minutes if it’s before 9. I usually stop at the Lacon location instead if I am in a hurry, they have 2 cashiers working."

"I visit this restaurant a few times a week, but the older gentleman behind the counter is often unfriendly. Today was particularly disappointing; he completely ignored me throughout the checkout process. I greeted him with a "hi there," but he remained silent. "I had a fantastic experience with both the service and the food. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that you can walk in any time of day, 24/7, to place a food order. We did just that, and the food was incredible! We ordered cheese bread, a burger, and popcorn chicken for only $13, and we only had to wait about 20 minutes. "Store was great but your manager could use a lesson in common courtesy. I tried to explain the reason I could wear a mask at that moment but she said she did care. I had COVID in December. I don't have am issue wearing one but some days I can't tolerate the mask due to the damage covid done. My biggest issue is she was talking bad about about me when I came out of the restroom, not realizing I was still there. I confronted her about it and said I would just call my aunt who works for corporate. She chuckled until I mention my aunts name. I realize people are rude about the mask, but next time give a person a chance to explain."

"The service here tends to be inconsistent. Some staff members are great, while others are not so good. Recently, the pizza has also been disappointing. If you choose to wait the 40 minutes it usually takes for them to prepare your pizza, you’ll often find that it's not even worth it. On Fridays, I recommend just getting frozen pizza instead.
