"I ordered food from this restaurant last night after a night out with friends, and I ended up waiting over two hours for my order. After about an hour and a half without any updates, I noticed that several customers who had ordered around the same time as me were leaving. I decided to politely ask the woman at the counter if she could check on my order in their system. Unfortunately, instead of helping, she started yelling at me as if I had done something wrong. I understand that they were very busy—I have worked in food service myself—but her response was incredibly rude and unacceptable. After she told me to “suck it up,” another worker came over, realized how long I had been waiting, and immediately began preparing my meal since my order had indeed been lost. He was very friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service, which is the only reason I'm giving more than one star. The woman could certainly learn a thing or two from him. After this experience, I'm not sure if I’ll return to this restaurant."
