"The food here is always fantastic! The employees and customer service are simply wonderful and go above and beyond! Every time I pick up food, the staff is friendly and cheerful. My family has several members in our local fire department. One day, just five minutes after placing a takeout order, we received a call for a fire alert. I called to inform them that we might be late picking it up. The young woman who answered assured me they would keep the food warm, or if it took too long, they would remake it! In the end, it did take a while, so I called to cancel the order. To my surprise, they refunded my money even though I hadn’t asked for it, as I was ready to pay for the food they had prepared. They expressed their appreciation for my business, thanked the fire department for their service, and encouraged me to order again soon! If that isn’t exemplary customer service, I don’t know what is! I hope sharing this story doesn’t get anyone in trouble, as that’s not my intention, but this is how business should be done! Without a doubt, it's one of my family's favorite places to eat!"
