Instead of addressing our concern, he called us liars and insulted our workplace. We even sent a photo of the damaged pizza to the owner's cell phone and were offered credit for our next order. However, after this incident, I’m hesitant to order from here again, especially if someone with a temper like him is making the deliveries. It’s unsettling to think about why he would call us in such an aggressive manner on his personal phone, raising concerns about how he might handle our food next time.
I’m really let down by this experience, especially since others have recommended Waldos for its taste. We have security cameras at our business, and it’s disheartening to see that the delivery driver took offense rather than acknowledging what could have been a simple mistake. It seems he doesn’t care about his job or the service he provides. This level of service is disappointing, especially from a restaurant like Waldos, which I expected to have higher standards—certainly more so than a large chain. For all these reasons, I can only give it one star."
