"The fries were soggy, and the coleslaw came in a paper container that was so watery it leaked through the bottom. To make matters worse, it was placed in a burger sleeve, creating an even bigger mess when we tried to get it out. The burgers lacked flavor, with the only taste coming from the smoked mayo. That’s all you could really taste. The chocolate strawberry shakes had so much syrup sitting at the bottom of the cups that we had to mix it in ourselves. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the quality and value of the meal, especially considering it was part of the Outback chain."

"This is my second order from this location, and once again, I had a positive experience. It’s one of the better chains to order from; the burger is a generous size and packed with flavor. "I ordered three Volcano burgers and, unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. It seems like the restaurant needs to pay more attention to certain details. None of the burgers had lettuce or tomato as advertised, and they were rather dry and lacked flavor. The fries were undercooked and floppy. Despite that, we did enjoy the shrimp – it was great and perfectly cooked, so I ended up taking it off the burger and eating that instead. I hope they address these issues for future orders."

Fortunately, the sauce that accompanied the shrimp helped to even things out. One thing to note was the salad that came with the shrimp—it was served warm and somewhat wilted, lacking the freshness and crunch you would hope for. This might have been due to the 15-minute delivery time. For a better experience, I would recommend asking the restaurant to keep the shrimp separate from the salad during delivery. Despite these mixed experiences, the standout qualities of the Bacon Bomb Burger make me excited to order from this restaurant again in the future."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the burger. It had a nice spicy kick that I really enjoyed, and I typically appreciate spicy foods. There was even a large jalapeño on it, and I still loved it! "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, particularly with their delivery service. My order was nothing like what I expected—the chicken was overcooked, and they even sent the wrong kind. My fries were missing, there were no sauces included, and not a single napkin was provided. Every item in my order had some sort of problem. I strongly advise against ordering from here. I even called the store, but they hung up on me before I could say much. I spent $56.00, and I won't be returning."
