"I'm alongtime customer .I allway call in for a table never just show up. Girlfriend birthday we arrive 10 early. Hosts seated us at the bar area in a bad corner. I said we called for dining area .Host said no u are setting here.Waiter comes over 15 minutes later and said I'm your waiter .We said we want to be seated at one of the open tables in dining not at bar area. He walks away10 mins later little guy walks up and said im the manager u will have to set here and that's how it's going to be .Explained I been a longtime customer . He could of cared less . We both stood u and manager said later .SO WE LEFT AND WENT TO HEARSAY GREAT PEOPLE NO PROBLEM S GREAT FOOD .. "We always love the Lake House as locals, but the past couple of times has started to change our desire to go there due to the wait. It took us 45 minutes to get a single drink. We were there with another couple and almost walked out. As usual, the food was good when we finally got that an hour later. Overall it was a meh. The menu is cut way down as well so not as many options. We go out to eat weekly but will take a break from there for a few months and go to other places around."

"This place used to be a bery popular tourist destination, nestled among the beautiful vineyards, great service, excellent food. Recently tge ownership has changed and there is a big decline in service. We went there for breakfast with some friends, our order took forever to arrive. There was only one server on duty, his English needs a bit more practice but obviously they needed more servers on the floor. After we finished our breakfast we had to remind him to take our dirty dishes away. The food was good, price is okay."

"We were visiting Erie, if we lived here we would definitely have dinner in this establishment often. I ordered the prime rib, medium and it was prepared perfectly and delicious. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, crispy and flavorful. My wife ordered the lasagna, she was very pleased with the meal. Our server Pearl was very attentive, we felt immediately welcomed and she made sure our drinks were continually replenished. Overall one of the best restaurant experiences we had in a very long time. We will definitely visit again during our next trip to Erie."

"We had our company holiday party at Cheers. They closed down the entire place for us which was very nice of them to fo for us. We had a DJ and catered food and everyone had a wonderful time. The owner is amazing and all of the staff were nice andfriendly. This is our company's new go to spot for holiday parties and company gatherings. We're couldn't have picked a betterspot. We have since started making this our after work hang out place and have become frequent visitors."

"My husband 's Ribeye was outstanding! We usually don 't order steak because we can prepare it better ourselves but this one was the among the best he 's ever had. . . it was so large, he got two additional meals at home from the leftovers! I was a little disappointed in the Caesar salad the first time I 'd been here Romaine lettuce was used and it was crisp and refreshing as it was served on a chilled plate. On our most recent visit, the greens seemed to have been a mix that I could have purchased from the store. They were fresh but not nearly as satisfying or Caesar style as I 'd had previously. I do appreciate the chef and staff accommodating my dietary restrictions; the vegetarian meal was terrific! I especially enjoyed the yummy rice and squash. We will return (just hope the salad is more like the first one I had)."
