"A seemingly attractive bar situated in a prime location. However, despite the appealing ambiance, my experience was marred by the unprofessionalism of the staff, leading me to give it a one-star rating.From the moment we entered the establishment, it became apparent that there was a lack of communication amongst the team. We encountered an unfriendly doorman and hostesses who appeared to be more focused on collecting cover fees, despite our assurance that we had already settled with the manager. This set the tone for the rest of our visit.As we settled down and waited to be served, we were met with prolonged periods of inattention from the waitstaff. It was disheartening to see a lack of hospitality in a place that is supposed to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.Unfortunately, our server's demeanor was no better. We were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude, which further detracted from the experience.Considering the prime location of Broken Barrel Bar, it was incredibly disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and poor service. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to others, even to those who might not be particularly discerning. This visit was a stark reminder that a pleasant environment is not enough to make up for inadequate customer service."
