"The food and entertainment are the reason to dine here. The service is never very good, they always miss important details like utensils, correct billing etc. My daughter ordered the tiramisu french toast which while delicious it wasn't enough for a hungry teenager. Three slices of french toast, no fruit, no sausage, nothing. On the other hand I ordered the steak and eggs and the food was falling off my plate it was so full. You will need to ask for spoons for coffee, forks for dessert, a refill, etc. My issue with the lack of attention to detail is simple, this isn't a diner, it's a high end restaurant and the service doesn't match the price. When I'm not with my daughter, I would prefer to sit at the bar for better service."
