"We ordered wings, spinach dip, and carrot cake to share as a quick bite. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the wings after the first taste, and the dip was a small portion for the price—it was just okay. The girls didn’t eat much either, so we took the leftovers with us. Later that evening, after having the food, we all ended up feeling sick.
I emailed twice to express my concerns about the food and to request a response as well as a partial refund, having experienced food poisoning before and knowing it must have come from our meal. After not receiving any replies to my emails, I called and spoke with the manager. He told me that since no one else had complained, there was nothing he could do. When I asked for contact information for someone higher up, he said the owner would be in the next day and assured me they would get back to me, but then he hung up without taking my information.
The bill wasn’t very high, but I was bothered by the lack of communication and being dismissed. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to leave a negative review about both the food and the way they handle customer service. I recommend thinking twice before spending your hard-earned money or time at this establishment, as they don’t seem to care enough about their customers' issues to respond to a simple email."
