"I recently took my family to this restaurant to celebrate my son's preschool graduation. Unfortunately, my wife found a hair baked into the crust of her pizza. We noticed that there were other families dining around us, so we calmly showed one of the staff members the hair. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she dismissed it, saying it was "so rough." While we were at our table, we overheard her telling her coworkers that it wasn't her hair or any of the other staff's hair. We were extremely disappointed with our experience, and we will never return. This was the worst customer service we have ever encountered!"

"The past 3 orders have been credit because they literally mess up every single pizza. This originally was supposed to replace a Taco pizza and now every replacement pizza we get they mess up somehow. And to makes things worse, the last two times when we tried to redeem the pizza they can't find it Bad customer service. How are you gonna credit someone but it's missing when they go to use it? They didn't add a note to my account so now I just look dumb. Currently waiting for a call from the store manager Kenny to confirm with the employee (which it was a month ago. I doubt he will remember I understand they are probably busy but when you mess up a pizza it should be replaced. And the customer shouldn't have to find evidence that you messed up the pizza. And the note should be in the account.I'll update my review if things go how they should.Update: Manager called me back and they are crediting my account. The employee didn't remember but as you can see by my picture it was messed up so they decided to give me the credit. Apologies were made and I upped my review as the manager did handle it and the issue was resolved. I'm always down for second chances so I'm hoping things will improve."

"Okay. Order placed at 10:51am, you open at 11. You told us 11:45, our supervisor called at 12:10pm because you still weren 't there. You say your employee was on our street, open communication with your customer regardless of prime time . So not an hour past delivery time, but a half hour later than expected. Pizza hut opened at the same time, 11am. By the time we told you to turn around, another department had finished eating their pizzas from pizza hut. They had our pizzas"
