"We visit this restaurant a couple of times a month and have generally been very satisfied with our meals. However, this evening was an exception. My wife ordered a salad, which was fresh and crisp, while I chose the Ribeye sandwich with fries. The fries were excellent, but unfortunately, the sandwich did not meet expectations. The bun was greasy and soggy, making it quite unappetizing. Strangely, the sandwich contained pieces of cauliflower and carrots but very little meat. On a positive note, the manager was understanding about the situation, explained that there was a new employee in the kitchen, and kindly removed the sandwich from our bill. Despite this hiccup, we will definitely return and give the kitchen another chance."
