"1. The food delivery was disappointing. I waited for a notification about the arrival of our food—either a call or a text—but received nothing. When I eventually checked outside well past the expected delivery time, I found our food just sitting on the porch, cold and uninviting. The garlic bread was wrapped in foil but had become soggy from condensation.
2. The chicken parmesan was the worst I've ever had. The menu clearly stated it included a chicken breast, but what I received was an unappetizing, breaded chicken patty sliced into strips. The noodles were poorly drained and overly wet, with barely any sauce—which, as it turned out, was a small mercy because the little sauce there was tasted awful. The mound of cheese on top was hard and cold, and I had to scrape off the thick layer just to access the rest of the dish.
3. The jumbo ravioli fared no better, as it was also covered in the same unappetizing cold cheese and didn't taste good at all.
4. The marinara sauce that came with the calzone was bland, and the dough used for the calzone was not appealing either.
I ordered from this restaurant to treat my family, but I was left extremely disappointed with both the food and the delivery service. I definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza 314 again."
