"The waitstaff and sushi chef were incredibly friendly and attentive. I have a gluten sensitivity, and the chef prepared a gluten-free sauce from scratch for my rolls. This was a pleasant surprise, as most sushi restaurants don't typically have a soy sauce alternative. Not to mention, it was delicious! The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the rolls were skillfully crafted and beautifully presented. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience!"
