"The restaurant's POS system needs updating. Our server, Victoria, provided great service, which is why I am giving this restaurant 3 stars. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for my meal and was not given a receipt to ensure I could get my money back. The issue has not been resolved since Thursday, and today is Sunday. They would not have processed my refund if I hadn't returned on Friday. The next day, we spent over $100 and only received an apology. I planned to return today, Saturday, but I will not spend another penny at this establishment. It is frustrating because I am a mystery shopper. The person who processed my payment was rude, particularly towards me. He was pleasant to everyone else but seemed upset with me due to issues with the POS system. I do not recommend spending your money here if you are a minority. I will never return to this location. Food: 5, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3."
