"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant several times, but I finally got the chance to dine in. I really enjoyed the casual atmosphere and the helpful staff. You can place your order using the touchscreen on the left side of the counter or by speaking to a staff member. If you’re like me and need pictures of the food to help decide what to order, the touchscreen is definitely the way to go. I tried the Blazewitch, which thankfully wasn’t too spicy at all, along with a side of truffle fries. It was delicious! My girlfriend ordered a salad and enjoyed it as well. The sangria was good too. There is parking available in the plaza. You can also order online for pickup or delivery."

"First off, I really like the hidden location aspect of this location. Second, super fun and pretty mural artwork inside the dining area and semi artsy feel in the restroom and bar area. Good place to eat with or without kids, especially since they have a cool little bar nook off to the side of the entrance. Super clean and spacious seating in the dining space. Awesome service! And best of all, the food is delicious! Burger is juicy and tasty, the fries are great. I personally ordered the Turkey sandwich (T.A.T.S. and enjoyed how flavorful it was, perfect portion, and the bread was soft. Last but not least, super fun large cup! Very creative and recyclable. Great match for the cane sugar soda they serve! Not to mention they make their own flavored ketchup! The jalapeño one was super tasty with a kick??"

"We went for dinner, and it was a cool cafeteria style spot where everyone could grab what they were feeling like.Most of us got stuff from Grafitti Bao and loved it. The only issue was that a couple of the baos (buns) were not steamed long enough and were doughy. However, the guy who helped us was awesome and swapped them for us, which we appreciated a ton. Great customer service! And all of the food was really flavorful and pretty! The pork belly--so delicious! The katsu--so crispy!Hall Pass was a little on the loud side, but they're trying to capture more of a bar with food vibe, so we (a family with littles) weren't the demographic necessarily. We did find a quieter spot, and that was great. Overall, really cool place to grab dinner."

"While I was out and about in Dallas I was looking for something filling yet healthy and this place didn’t disappoint! Now I’ve already talked about the greatness that is the SkinnyFATS punch which is crazy! This place has a Healthy and Happy menu for those who are choosing to make healthier or happy decisions. With the SkinnyFATS punch, I got the Smoke In A Bowl (gluten free! which comes with bbq chicken, peppers, onions, pineapple, black bean salsa, cilantro yo, jasmine rice. And it’s only 513 calories! I’d have to say the punch is my favorite. It’s so flavorful and you get so much of it! There are some ways to improve that’s been noted by other reviewers. I counted so many flies that came to my table and I sat at a table that had water dripping that sometimes fell either on the table or on my head. The lady at the front was wrestling between taking my order and answering the phones and when she would answer the phone she wouldn’t say “excuse me”. Small nuances but still a great experience. I’m glad it was relatively empty when I went because no one wore masks either."
