"I stopped by the tattoo shop next door and planned to grab a bite to eat afterward. We parked in the lot, but were yelled at for doing so. We politely moved our car, but then found ourselves being pursued and verbally harassed. When we attempted to throw away some trash in their bin, we faced more shouting and threats of legal action for simply using the trash can. The entire experience made us feel very unsafe, and I can’t believe we were treated this way at a business. To make matters worse, it was the manager who was shouting at us. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend staying away from this place."

"Use to be our favorite place. A few yrs ago, they chsnged their cup sizes, large looked like wendy's or the like ginormous cup. Large looks like their old medium, medium looks like their former small so I assume small must look like their old kiddie. And I forget everytime get disappointed for ordering a Medium. Not anyone's fault. Only issue is: if you smaller the sizes, then you should also lower the prices. Thats why the 1 star deduction. Unsure if this is true for all Dairy Queens or just this one though."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The service and food were the worst I've ever encountered. If you're in the mood for Dairy Queen, it's best to wait until you reach the next town. It seemed like the only person working there was the manager's 12-year-old son. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes at the ordering speaker, followed by another 20 minutes at the window. The gravy was so watered down that it barely stuck to the food, and the fries were consistently hard. To top it off, the ice cream was served melted. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs, but if you do go, just be prepared for disappointment."

"We went to DQ about once a week growing up, so this place has some memories attached to it. They did a remodel a few years ago and all of the changes were positive. The place is clean and workers are generally friendly and helpful. You can pretty well expect a line here most of the year, partly because it's so popular and partly because the line just doesn't move that quickly once you're in it. It doesn't take too long for it to pile up. Still one of the best places for ice cream, especially when Tastee Freeze is out of season."

"Do not order a custom birthday cake from this restaurant. They claim to make everything in store, but the cake I received looked like it was made by a child. I asked for an elegant birthday cake, but it was a disappointment. They couldn't even see the picture I wanted from their website and when I asked them to write "happy birthday" on it, they used a completely different and unappealing color. I paid $27 for this embarrassing cake. I suggest going elsewhere for your special occasion cakes. When I inquired about using an airbrush for decoration, I was told their machine was broken. Overall, a complete letdown."

"I worked here for about half a year. During the fall and winter the work is slow, but easier than other fast food jobs. In the Spring and Summer however in can be very stressful. The management isn't good, they almost exclusively hire for Taco Johns. As well as fire people when there are only 3 adults working there. But the coworkers are the friendliest people I have worked with in any job."

"We waited in line at Dairy Queen for over 20 minutes this evening. We ordered a vanilla shake, but by the time we reached the window, it was completely melted. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, the employee said "not long" and closed the window. When we got home, we discovered chunks of something unidentifiable in the shake, so we ended up having to throw it away. What a waste of $2.88. This experience has really diminished my opinion of Dairy Queen."

"This is a prime example of a disappointing fast food experience. Firstly, the owner has a blatant tendency to squeeze customers for every penny, particularly when it comes to sauces. They charge not just for extra sauces but for any sauce at all. Secondly, the staff is instructed to charge for bottled water if you simply ask for water; you must specifically request water in a cup to avoid this fee. Thirdly, you need to be vigilant about your order, as they often tack on extra charges. For instance, I once ordered a medium drink, only to find out that my meal actually included a large drink, leading to an additional cost of about $2 as they billed me for everything separately. Lastly, the drive-through service is consistently slow. This is the first time I’ve ever given a one-star review, and I will be steering clear of this DQ. There’s a much better one up the road in Louisiana."

"Just came home from DQ , with the whole family. We all had the 85 cents Blizzard Special on the app. Each family member ordered a different type of Blizzard , and they came out Extremely soft, not formed like the ice cream should be. By the time we brought it home, it was liquid. You could almost drink them. The whole family was extremely disappointed, I was personally disappointed because I ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, which is a seasonal item . This is very disappointing because I look forward to the fall season to try all the Pumpkin stuff. This doesn 't remind of the DQ from past visits ."
