"Yesterday at 5:00 pm, I went through the drive-thru at a restaurant and ordered 2 hefty dishes and a large cherry soda. The menu board advertised a 16 oz drink for $1.00, so I requested that size. However, when I got to the window, I was given a small cup typically used for regular size drinks. I questioned the employee about this, but she insisted that they only had one size. Despite explaining that I had ordered the 16 oz drink before, she refused to accommodate me. Frustrated, I left without the correct drink. I had to return and demand my soda along with the proper size. The employee continued to argue with me, claiming they only offered the smaller size. I pointed out the menu board stating otherwise, but she dismissed it, saying she didn't have time to check. I expressed my disappointment in their practices and insisted on receiving what I had paid for. It was a frustrating experience, as I simply wanted to receive what I had ordered without employees making up their own rules."
