"The food at this restaurant is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. My wife ordered the fried fish, which she absolutely loved, and I had the traditional pupusas, which were quite tasty as well. However, the attitude of the waitress was disappointing. I don’t expect to become best friends with the staff, but the waitstaff seemed indifferent and uninterested in the customers. They were quite standoffish, which made for a lackluster experience. The overall atmosphere mirrored the service. Again, I don't need to be chummy with the staff, but a friendly smile and a warm welcome go a long way in making customers feel valued. While the food can be excellent, the poor service is likely to keep me from returning."
