"There are several reasons why I believe this is the best Pollo a la Brasa around, possibly even in all of America (I still need to investigate that further, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it came out on top). For starters, the restaurant employs a wood-fired oven, just like authentic Peruvian pollo a la brasa spots. This technique allows the smoky flavor to thoroughly infuse the chicken, enhancing its taste. The traditional spices used to season the chicken can be found not just on the skin but also deep in the meat. While the skin wasn’t as crunchy as I prefer, it was still packed with flavor. The fries, however, were a bit soggy, which seems common for many restaurants that focus more on the chicken and sometimes the salad. Pricing is similar to other eateries, falling in the $15-25 range, and the portion size is good for the price. The combination of authentic smoky flavor, flavorful marinade spices, and reasonable pricing makes this one of the finest Peruvian rotisserie chickens in America. I've seen some negative reviews regarding the wait staff and service time, but I didn’t experience any of those issues during my visit. I can’t comment on other dishes, as I only ordered the pollo a la brasa, but the incredible taste of this chicken suggests that the rest of the menu is likely worth exploring too. If you’re in town or live nearby and want to try Pollo a la Brasa, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit! As for parking, be aware that street parking options are limited."

"This is one of our favorite places. I've been coming here for over 20 years. Well, this and the previous location. Still outstanding, but the best was when the family's grandmother was cooking when they opened. Same food, recipe, everything, but something was just better when she cooked. I usually get the same meal every time. The special Bistec a La Carreta (Number 1 on the menu for a reason LOL). It has this sauce on the steak with grapefruit and cilantro to die for. And the salsa is amazing!! My favorite of all time. Fresh and simple. But while i can usually recreate recipes from taste, this one has eludes me to this day. You have to get it from the source. And the house salad dressing on the salad this dish comes with is fantastic and I am not a fan of salad or dressing. Just try it! One time in the last 20 plus years they changed the dressing and I was grateful they changed back to the original on the next visit. The temporary dressing the one time, I did not touch the salad. I have tried other dishes on occasion, and they're all delicious. But always come back to the #1. The #2 is identical but with chicken for those who do not eat red meat. The secret is really the sauce. No joke. Parking: It is.in an old strip mall. Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: We always brought our kids. They have a kids menu. Sachin Papas (not sure on spelling). Grilled and sliced hot dogs. But damn! They are good! Also an appetizer. And the French fries. Wow Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and it is ground level. Lots of tables and wide approaches to restrooms."
