"On the positive side, the service was adequate; the waiting staff was apologetic, although the maitre d' was excessively attentive when we voiced our complaints. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, but unfortunately, the food was truly terrible. Nothing tasted fresh or appetizing, with only the garlic-infused olive oil and broth being somewhat acceptable.
We will not be returning to this restaurant and cannot recommend it, even though we know several friends whose opinions we respect have enjoyed hosting events there. It's not a place for anyone seeking a good meal."
