"I placed an order through DoorDash, but the food never arrived! When I contacted DoorDash, they said they couldn't issue a refund. I then called America’s Best Wings, and they also refused to refund me. The delivery driver never dropped off the food, which makes it even more confusing since our apartment complex has a locked main door that requires a call for entry. The driver even left no proof of delivery, such as a photo of the food! I explained this situation to both DoorDash and America’s Best Wings, and I made it clear that I wasn’t looking for a refund; I just wanted food for my son, who is sick and finally has an appetite today. This is incredibly frustrating! I’m determined to get my money back one way or another, even if I have to go through my credit card company. It’s outrageous how they are taking advantage of customers! I would advise against dining there or using DoorDash; they are both robbing us!"
