"I've given one star simply because the food is good, though that is probably what they rely on to compensate for their atrocious customer service. I ordered a pizza for lunch, and two grilled chicken salads to take home for dinner $32.00). When I gothome and opened the salads, guess what was missing? If you said the grilled chicken, then you're the winner, winner chickendinner...NOT. I did try to call them at 6:30, but my calls went to their answering machine, despite their business hours shownas being open to 7. I had to order dinner from elsewhere . The salads are in my fridge this morning, already having turned brownand wilted, and will not be edible even for lunch today, so a total waste of food. I called and spoke to a manager that offereda credit of $8.00 for the missing chicken. Not replacement salads, not a full credit either, but a $8.00 credit for the chickenalone. I declined, for the principle of it, and told them to buy themselves a nice cup of coffee and for the price of a fancycup of coffee, they've lost a customer. I admit, I'm still miffed, and a little surprised that a deli with such a goodreputation just doesn't care."

"stopped to grab two discs to go on a Tuesday afternoon. I made her go and go. because it was a nice day, I decided to sit on one of the outside tables they had. I couldn't even open my pizzendose before the dame came in the inner one that was expelled that I sat on one of the outer ones. “Outside seats are only for dunes” is what she yells at me with such attitude. Now I can understand if the place was hoping on a Saturday night or something where people wait for tables, but there was no one there. No person sitting inside or outside. if I had a restaurant, I would probably want someone to sit outside eating on a day I had no one. Maybe someone goes by and says I'd like to take a disc and sit outside. more business? art of free advertising. so long story short I eat my food in my truck and since I type this review, there was not a customer who came. I will not go back just because, how rude I was treated. it is also a scandal because the pizza was really good."

"To start, ordering our food was frustrating, I had to repeat at least 3x for each item we ordered. They didn’t give us our total, we paid with visa and got charged to use a visa debit. We ordered 3 items, medium pizza with one topping, a wrap and cheese fries and the total was 50$. Seems a bit too high for the items we ordered. When we called they explained all the little charges, delivery charge was $4 and visa debit was for 3$. Absolutely insane. Do not eat here. You’ll be ripped off. Food was okay, but not for the price. "Ordered an Asian Chicken Salad for lunch, and after an hour wait, I got a salad with turkey and the wrong lettuce. Parts of our group got their food 30 minutes before the rest, and we finally had to leave after an hour and half without everyone getting their food. This was for lunch so all we had were sandwiches and a salad. There's no way, even with staffing shortages, that 6 sandwiches and a salad should take an hour and 30 minutes. If you want a two hour lunch, this is the place for you. Some of us have jobs though."

The address listed several restaurants on UberEats and Grubhub, but they all turned out to be fake. It feels like they lure people in with high payments for double orders in the middle of the night but have no intention of providing any food. Thankfully, I had a friend waiting in the car who sensed that the situation was dangerous. Please avoid ordering from these fake restaurants and steer clear of this location."

"In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Massachusetts. During my time at UMass Lowell, I wish I had eaten here more frequently. Now that I live near Worcester and work in Boston, I still make it a priority to visit Lowell occasionally just to enjoy the linguica pizza. There's no other place that can satisfy my craving for Santoro's; they truly stand out in their class! The taste is just as I remember it! It's definitely worth the drive. The wings are fantastic as well."

"We absolutely love our V3 family. They always know who I am even before I say anything I’m greeted by name!! The food is delicious and ALWAYS arrives hot and correct within 30-45 minutes of ordering (sometimes faster). The staff is amazing and friendly and they make you feel like they want your business. Our family orders about $80+ in food every time which is often and we have NEVER had a problem with our food being wrong or missing anything. The portions are extremely generous even the steak subs. Whereas most places lack in giving you your moneys worth you will definitely receive it with V3!!! I’m going to surely miss them when we move but will be stopping there to visit eat when we are in town.. I just wished we would’ve started ordering here sooner than we did!!"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was poor; they didn’t follow instructions and didn’t check the orders properly. There are no refunds, no apologies, and no efforts to make up for any mistakes. I visited three times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, my cheese was missing; the second time, my fries were mixed with two different cheeses; and on my third visit, while I finally received the correct fries, there was still no soda and no refund offered. My husband and I have decided not to return. This place on Ogontz is a letdown."
