"There should be at least one or two skilled cooks, but the person in the kitchen during my visit on May 25, 2023, around noon, really needs to be replaced, as they are damaging the brand. I noticed that the order before mine was missing shrimp, which left that customer unhappy. As for my own order, I usually get the veggie spud with Alfredo sauce, but when I received my potato and the layers were shuffled around, I realized it didn’t look like I had expected. Typically, I love this dish or at least feel satisfied with it, but the veggies—broccoli, carrots, and zucchini—were tough, and I even found meat in my potato! To top it off, the Alfredo sauce tasted watered down today.
Every visit has been inconsistent, but I've never experienced it tasting quite this bad before. I'm really disappointed and upset that I ended up wasting my $15 because I had to throw it away!"
