"Ordered delivery and 1 item was missing and when i called they said they were out of it but didn't refund me or call to ask about replacement SMH and the 2 pizzas i ordered were not edible cuz meat toppings were old, the smell was awful and ruined restof food cuz all was in same food bag. I have called several times to speak to manager but no luck! I even went there in personand was told manager is the only one who can refund me but he wasn't there that day! Apparently he's never there!!! Its beenover a month and still no response!!! I spent 85 bucks and i didn't eat anything and my 7yr old tried to eat a slice of cheesebut smell was so bad he puked. So i spent 85 incl tax delivery and tip but we couldn't eat any of it! I'm not asking for fullrefund obviously i still need to pay for delivery and tip although i think the manager should tip the driver since it wasn'tedible!!! I would be ok with just refund for food please ????"

"Order was delivered contactless, food was dropped off, but no attempt was made to alert me that the food had arrived and got cold as a result. Store refused to do anything to correct it, simply because I didn’t specify to knock when it was delivered. That should be common sense."

"I ordered over $260 in pizza to thank the staff at 2 hospitals . Black hills surgical. Enter and monument health. The first two times the driver was rude about where to go even though we specifically told them. The lady on the phone was even more rude and today I ordered again I am a patient suffering from colon cancer) to thank my medical team and they said no o e was there and took the order back to the store and the rude lady said “we will bring it back if you are there.. I said I’m a patient I can’t walk and I left instructions on the web. She called me a liar and said nothing was there. By the time they got the order back it was soggy and cold. Note I tipped the drivers each time and ordered quite a bit of pizza which I have receipts for. Why would this company feel the need to be so rude to someone in the hospital fighting for their life and just trying to thank the people caring for them….. shame on you dominos. I’m putting this review up everywhere I can including the BBB."

"I live in KS, but ever since I've first visited Bridgeton(and Hot Shots) back in 2009 to see a buddy for one night, I can't come through without stopping in. The regulars are great and always very welcoming, it's all first name basis, and whether you need a drink or some dinner, this place is my favorite. Night life here is active, but stopping in for lunch during the day isn't a bad idea at all. Love this place."

"Food was gross, fries were soaked with grease, bathroom was out of soap, when server was asked she talked to manager and he was too busy sitting down to care. Dirty place, our server said 3 words the whole time, “you guys ready” not a single word the rest of the time, I think she was high on something. Terrible."

"Oct2022: 2: I would not recommend this restaurant location nor any of these workers inside. I stopped by this location today as a result of a desire for a good ole pizza. I tried to place an order online for the rewards pizza and found that there were several windows that pop during the final ordering process. The distraction caused me to close the added window with two pizza orders in my cart instead of one. I had to delete the extra one, but did so without checking to verify that it was the one I ordered originally. I arrived at the pizza shop expecting to get a two topping pizza, but received a basic cheese one instead. Upon entry to the store, it was a bunch of young kids goofing off in the front of the restaurant. It seemed this was a hang out location instead of a functional business. I picked up the pizza depart at the location for my vehicle. I checked the pizza when I got to my vehicle and realized that it was just a cheese pizza. I went back into the restaurant and asked what happened to the two toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza. He just said after looking at the computer that's what you ordered. If I did, it was an error. If you want something different, you will have to pay for a separate one. Hmmm, I guess he wanted to show off in front of all his friends in the store. Thanks for the heads up and customer support."
