"Ordered country fried shrimp and a full rack of ribs for dinner for takeout. Got home, the shrimp is just plain deep-fried shrimp, the fries were cold on both orders, and there was only a half rack of ribs when I paid for a full. When I called, the woman was very apologetic, And said if I could bring the ribs back, she would give me the correct order. The problem is, we had planned a nice dinner on the patio for a Saturday afternoon. And of course, in the time it took me to go all the way back to the restaurant, wait for them to finish the order, and drive back, my wife was done eating , and so I would just sit and eat ribs by myself. And while there was an apology on the phone, the attitude when I got there seemed to be that it wasn’t a big deal. It is. We won’t be coming back."
