"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"Wonderful relaxed ambiance, romantic and great service. Offering general Mediteranean foods such as humus, we were more interested in the specifically Afghan dishes. Hubby adored the lamb shank with saffron rice. I found many vegetarian choices including Kudu (pumpkin w yoghurt available without meat), Sambosa (pastries with chick peas that remind me of British pasties, my favorite). The desserts were absolutely decadent. I had the mini chocolate cake and hubby had the custard flavored with cardamon and rosewater. Fantastic! I have already recommended Nora to 8 of my friends. We drove 1.5 hours to eat here but we will be back."

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Despite not being in my neighborhood, I would probably come back again."

"Every meal I've ever tried has been incredibly delicious! The Cavatappi Romano and Lobster Mac Cheese are favorites. The service is what stands out though. I contacted them once while out of town with a unique request to surprise a Pittsburgh friend. Not only did they flawlessly make the food order, they personally delivered it! Truly, you all are the epitome of customer service!! I can't say enough about Roman Bistro! Dine in or take out, they've got you covered with an exceptional meal service. "Saint Second offers a stylish and welcoming ambiance with top-notch service, but the food didn’t quite justify the price. The Pineapple Toast was essentially a standard French toast with candied pineapple—pleasant but unremarkable. The Madame Croquette leaned too heavily on salt and cheese, overpowering the dish. While the vibe and hospitality were excellent, the food itself was just okay for the cost. A visit for the experience, but not necessarily for the flavors."

"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Expensive and lousy in every way"

"Met a colleague for lunch and I can tell you if I could give more then 5 Stars I sure would. From the get go the friendly greet set the tone. We both ordered pasta dishes that were amazing. The first bite was special and could definitely taste freshness. The service was very impressive and the atmosphere was pristine. I highly recommend this to all. "I took my son for his 21st birthday. Ambiance was great. Loved the music being played. Food was good but not excellent. I had better Greek food in other places, but it was ok. If the food had been better, the the prices would have been appropriate, but I paid too much for average food. Now my main complain was the server. He never smiled. Now, have in mind we got there early so it wasn’t late at night or anything. I would have understood that maybe he was tired, but no, it was just 4:30 pm. He was miserable. I mean, he didn’t even try to hide it. We didn’t get ONE single smile out of courtesy. He walked slow and just unhappy all around. At one point t I asked for refills and he filled ONE cup only and went to sit on the corner with some friends. He didn’t come back to check on us so we had to ask someone else to help us. This person (that I believe to be a manager because he was dressed differently) after providing service to us, went to the corner and spoke to our server and then the server came back with the most miserable face possible. We left a tip only because we are not mean spirited people but he deserved nothing. We will not see the need to go back or recommend to other people. Thank you."

"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"We have been coming to Pine Tavern for years. We had patio seating and the temp. was perfect with a mild breeze. We were a party of 6. The Rueben sandwich was very dry.....not much 1,000 Island dressing. One person in our party ordered ginger ale and when he asked for a refill, he was not informed that the ginger ale was not a free refill and charged them for a second drink. We all felt that the server should have explained that this is from the bar and not a free refill. Other than that, we had a very nice time together."

"Looks the same -food was alrite Will have to try the ribs next time. I had chix sal (I'll give it a 10 out of ten) guest had a steak n shrimp, he gave it a 5 and not because anything was wrong with the steak or shrimp but because he ordered a baked potato with the meal and it was hard as in not baked all the way. He had the potato returned back to the kitchen and it was brought back out hard AGain REALLY! Waitress comes by and asked if everything was alright and we told her the potato was hard, she said well the whole batch must be that way (it was the same potato) she never takes it back they never bother to get us a f:in cooked potato. Spent 61.00 on our meals ????? Was really thinking about not tipping but I believe the waiter and Waitress were trying, I mean like we had to ask a few times for our drinks, we had to ask for silver ware after the food was severed but they did keep asking if everything was alright, like they really were trying to be good hosts so maybe they were new and didn't realize when you order a 39.00 dollar meal and specifically ask for a baked potato w/real batter THATS what you want."

"I've always ordered pizza every week at Vitos for years, however this year when I ordered the chicken pesto pizza, it was horrible. It hardly had any chicken on it and had very little pesto sauce. I ended up throwing it away. I knew right away that either they changed cooks or had new owners. I went online and found out that there were new owners. I was so disappointed as I knew I would never get the delicious pizza I ordered for years. So sad!"

"Robert’s just started serving brunch on the weekends and the food was fabulous, as were the service, ambiance and bottomless mimosas. I have eaten here for lunch and dinner as well and the food is unfailingly delicious and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. Our waitress was wonderful, and others stopped to check on us as well, including the owner, Robert, who could not have been nicer or more humble. Apparently his wife is the one deserving the praise for the lovely decor. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My only regret is that I didn’t discover it until the Fall!"

"Whoa! Don’t let the fact that it’s right next to a self-storage place throw you off…this place is legit. We started with a the mushroom flatbread, which was awesome, then moved to a shot of French onion soup and gumbo. That’s right, I said a shot of soup. What a great idea! "A Sicilian friend told me this is not real Italian. We, however, decided to decide for ourselves after having read a positive review in The Detroit Free Press. Having lived in Italy, I have a high bar for what constitutes 'real Italian '. This restaurant fell short. We had to ask to be served water after having been seated for ten minutes or so. A short time later, the waiter brought my husband 's beer first and my sparkling water close to 7 minutes after that. We had to ask for bread which our waiter told us was in the oven. When he brought it to us it was certainly not out of the oven it was room temperature. I was assured my pasta would be al dente. It was mushy. I told the waiter as much when he asked how our meals were. He offered to have another plate made but I declined. He took away my food barely eaten. I ordered gnocchi to go and asked for it to be ready by the end of our meal. He told me 'no problem ', yet, we had to wait a good 10 minutes to get it. It was not good. If you don 't know Italian and are starving and in a bind, do not order any pasta if you 're picky. Otherwise, pass; it 's the equivalent of Olive Garden. I don 't know anyone who works at or owns this restaurant. I 'm writing this on my own volition based on my experience."
