"These workers don?t care about your drinks or your food. I give them so much of my every single week. It?s crazy. They don?t even stir the drinks up. And it IS a worker issue. I went to another Dunkin nearby and they made the drink properly, and mixedit also. But this Dunkin on Allentown Pike has really gone down, I ordered them through door dash today, because I?m very sickand don?t feel well enough to leave the house, I get my order at the door and it?s missing the oatmilk, and both of the flavorsI put for them to add in. This is completely unacceptable! Do better. Seriously. Have pride in what you do, even if it?s workingat Dunkin. Would you want your drink to be nasty? No? So don?t make someone else?s drink disgusting! If I didn?t have frequentmigraines I?d never go back, I don?t mind having to mix my drink sometimes but at least put in the right ingredients ffs! And ifit?s a door dash order, make it CORRECT! Sometimes a drink means more to someone who isn?t having such a great day or time.Please do better ya?ll!"

"This location is near the DMV in Bethpage. I have never had an issue here no matter what time of the day. My orders are always done correct and the workers are very polite. The place is always clean. They are busy at times, but the line goes quickly."

"I purchased a $100 gift card on December 24, 2022. When I tried to use it, I was informed that there were issues with processing card payments, so I paid with cash instead. The following weekend, I returned to the store because the card was given back to me after an associate couldn't use it, as it showed no value. At the store, I was told that the card had not been activated and that I needed to add money to it in order to use it. They said there was nothing they could do unless I added funds. Where is my $100? The card was clearly never used since it wasn't activated. Don’t you have a resolution for this?"

"First of all read all of the other reviews. This is the worst location that I’ve ever been to. They have succeeded in frustrating the neighborhood since it became a Dunkin. The staff is rude, slow, and please have your employees wear gloves. Because it is not hygienic to tamp ice down with their fingers. Yes its clean, more importantly; learn how to put a top on correctly, many times I’ve spilled (I would say burnt myself, but the coffee is never hot)all over my car or pants. "An AWFUL experience here this morning! For years our local company regularly shops at this Dunkin to get our typical order of 4 dozen donuts and a box of joe for our employees. It has usually been a smooth delightful experience. NOT this morning...A woman claiming to be the manager/supervisor refused us service because the order is too big and that she has scolded her employees for filling our orders earlier this week. 4 dozen donuts is too big of an order? I thought Dunkin was in the business of selling donuts. Her demeanor was terrible, as she wanted to scold us (the customer) for purchasing too much product from them. Good news for them that will NEVER be a problem for them in the future. We will forever shop elsewhere starting today. "I come to this Dunkin’ a lot. Today I sat at the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes while the 3 cars ahead of me were taken care of. The employee had said he would be right with me when I pulled up to the speaker, but then never came back to take my order. He did leave the headset on though so I got to listen to his conversation for the 10 minutes I was left waiting. After the customer ahead of me pulled away and I wasn’t asked what my order would be I drove out of the drive thru and decided I would go into the storemaybe they were busy inside. Nope! There wasn’t anyone inside and there was not 1 but 2 Dunkin employees working. The same person that had spoken to me at the drive thru took my order while the other one never looked up from what she was not doing. I give this place 5 stars because the young lady who helped me was very polite and kindly reminded me that I was about to leave without my donut. "I worked here for about 5-6 months back in like august of 2021 when marina was there. Just wanted to say if you plan working here please don 't. At the time I was working here i was a senior in high school getting harassed by girls in college. Point is new management and employees fucked up the whole store. Cut our hours due to high labor yet they wouldn 't stop hiring teens. Ex coworkers would literally look up personal info and send it around and when reported to Hr or the Store manager I was told nothing could be done. As a 16 year old at the time I would here that I was pregnant or that I had already put my two weeks even tho none of that was true. Making literally anyone shift lead that does not deserve it ."

"This place is so hit or miss. The leadership is so poor here. As you can see in the picture, the ?on the go? orders just pile up. The red haired girl who is in charge obviously doesn?t care or is oblivious to the paying customers around her. They have 1person working the lobby who takes orders and prepares the orders, while 5 people are working the drive thru. I understand beingshort handed, but make adjustments like closing the lobby and keeping the drive thru open. It?s not rocket science! It?s anunorganized mess here and you might as well go down the street to the Daniels location where they take care of their people andthey?re friendly too. I?m fed up with this location!"

Dunkin' needs to start a consistency rule and better training for its branded stores. Starbucks is very consistent as well as other coffee shops. "The service at this location has really declined. The staff seems to consist of inexperienced teenagers who lack basic manners. I was just there and found myself stuck behind a car that wasn't moving. I couldn't go around it due to its position and the tight space with the car behind me almost touching my rear. The girl at the drive-thru window, who looked no older than 16 or 17, shouted at me to "just go around them!" Believe me, I would if I could, and I was actually trying to. It would make more sense for her to direct cars that need to reposition themselves to pull up and around, rather than letting the line get backed up. Also, it's important that employees are reminded to treat customers with respect instead of being rude and shouting."

"I stopped by our local Dunkin' Donuts this morning and wanted to share my experience. I had a few dollars left on a gift certificate and decided to grab four donuts. I've never had any issues with the staff or service, but the donuts were a different story. I got a powdered sugar, cream-filled donut, and as I enjoyed it, I realized that the cream filling was surprisingly minimal. By the time I got to the last bite, I finally found the cream, but it was just a tiny divot about the size of my fingertip. It might have tasted fine, but it was so small that it was hard to really enjoy the flavor. It's disappointing, especially for a donut from a place that has "DONUT" in its name and charges premium prices. Thanks for reading!"

"This is the WORST Dunkin! They can never make a good cup of coffee. It never tastes good. I placed a mobile order today as I was in a rush to get to work and when I got inside to pickup my order there was an iced coffee waiting for me. I didn 't order an iced coffee, I ordered a HOT coffee. I don 't understand how difficult it is to make a cup of coffee. Then the new trainee asked if I minded waiting 3 minutes for another batch to brew (this is what they should do) and his manger said no don 't have her wait, as soon as the pot has enough coffee to fill up her cup just fill it up and give it to her. She told the new trainee that she never waits for the full pot to brew, because the morning customers are in a rush to get to work and they shouldn 't have to wait for their coffee and it makes us look bad . I couldn 't believe I overheard her telling him that. I had a conversation with the manager at the other Dunkins in Durham and had told him how my coffee never tastes right at the one in the gas station and he told me the same thing...that they don 't let the full pot of coffee brew before serving it. That is protocol, and the managers are not following it and teaching the new employees wrong. I always find coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and my coffee never tastes like coffee. I 'm tired of wasting my money on disgusting coffee. I tried to give this Dunkins another shot, but now I will never go back."

"I went to this location with my kids a few days ago. I had stopped in to get a box of the dozen donuts and their coolattas. The woman that took care of me and my kids her name is Shawna/Shauna not sure how her name is spelled out but she was the sweetestand coolest Dunkin Donuts worker I have came across. She asked me if I wanted something to drink as well and I said "I 'm lookingfor something warm for my throat "since it was sore. And she offered me a free hot tea drink which I had gotten the chamomile teawhich was really nice and hot just what I needed. She was so friendly she was even considerate about the donuts I bought shetold me how to prevent them from getting hard and stale and keep them a little more lasting to eat. Most DD 's I go into arefairly good experiences but this one stood out because of her personality and her genuine kindness. I hope the owners know theyhave a good employee working for them."

"The service over the last couple of years has dramatically declined. I ordered to frozen coffees today that were watery and discolored, when I returned the drinks I was met with very rude and nasty responses when asking for a refund.
