"I would give this place a zero if I could. I've ordered takeout from here many times, and every single time there's an issue with my order or something is missing. However, after my most recent visit, I will never come back. Part of my order included a Hani with grilled chicken. Each time I order, the amount of chicken seems to decrease, and today was the worst yet—one half had 1.5 strips and the other had 2 strips. After my first bite, something seemed off, so I opened the sandwich to take a closer look. To my dismay, the chicken appeared undercooked, with discolored, gooey spots that looked raw. It was revolting. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this food was inedible. Given their current prices, this is simply unacceptable. There should be some sort of standard for quality. I rate them a 0 out of 10. I will never return, which is disappointing for me as I've been a loyal customer for my whole life and used to love the food. But that’s no longer the case. They have truly let me down. Please do better!"
